HyugaLife, founded by Anvi Shah (CEO), Neehar Modi (COO), and Sachin Parikh, is a marketplace focused on proteins, supplements and wellness products. The startup has raised ₹100 crore, about $10.5 million, in a Series A funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. First Bridge Fund also participated in the round.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen HyugaLife’s AI-led personalisation stack, build a dark store network for faster deliveries and expand its offline retail presence.
The fundraise comes after HyugaLife previously raised $6.3 million in a seed round in January 2024 from Peak XV and Spring Marketing Capital. The company has also been backed by Stride Ventures, Getvantage and cricketer KL Rahul.
HyugaLife is trying to solve a trust problem in India’s fast-growing nutrition market. Its H-Tested programme focuses on verified and authentic nutrition products, supported by direct sourcing from brands and independent lab reports that cover nutrition values and heavy metals for a large part of its catalogue.
The platform currently lists more than 450 brands and over 10,000 products across proteins, supplements, health and wellness categories. Its customer base includes fitness enthusiasts, athletes, working professionals and families across India.
HyugaLife’s parent company, Pratech Brands, also owns Neesan Ventures and Inaari, a natural healthcare brand focused on female hormones. On the financial side, Pratech Brands reported revenue of ₹45.32 crore in FY25, up from ₹38.63 crore in FY24. Its losses narrowed to ₹21.32 crore from ₹32 crore during the same period.
The Series A round gives HyugaLife fresh room to compete in a category where speed, trust and product authenticity are becoming central to consumer choice. For a nutrition marketplace, the bet is not just on selling more supplements. It is on convincing customers that what they are buying is genuine, tested and suited to their needs.
