Mussoorie: JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa has named Pallavi Pandey as its new Director of Sales. The appointment brings an experienced hospitality professional into the resort’s commercial leadership team as it looks to strengthen market reach, brand visibility and revenue growth.
Pandey has more than 15 years of experience across hospitality sales, business development and revenue strategy. Her career has covered several commercial segments, including MICE, leisure, travel trade and inbound business. She has also managed multi-property sales portfolios and led sales teams during her time in the industry.
Before joining JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, Pandey served as Director of Sales at Naukuchia House, IHCL SeleQtions. Her responsibilities there included sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, market intelligence and revenue growth initiatives.
She has previously held senior commercial leadership positions with Leisure Hotels Group, Summit Hotels & Resorts and Clarks Inn Group. Across these roles, she developed experience in client relationship management, commercial planning, revenue optimisation, sales strategy and social media marketing.
In her new position, Pandey will oversee the resort’s overall sales strategy. Her responsibilities will include building stronger positions across key market segments, improving the property’s visibility and supporting revenue growth. She will also contribute to the resort’s efforts to reinforce its standing within India’s luxury mountain hospitality market.
The appointment places Pandey at the centre of the resort’s commercial planning, where her experience across leisure, travel trade and multi-property operations is expected to support its wider sales priorities. Her background in relationship-led selling and strategic planning also aligns with the resort’s focus on developing long-term partnerships and sustainable business growth.
