Google for Startups, in collaboration with Google DeepMind and Google Cloud, has opened applications for the second edition of the Google for Startups Gemini Startup Forum, a two-day, in-person programme aimed at early-stage startups building with artificial intelligence.
The upcoming edition of the forum will be held in May 2026 at Google’s headquarters in Mountain View, according to information shared by Ragini Das, Head of Google for Startups, India. Applications for the programme are currently open and will close on February 6.
The Gemini Startup Forum is designed for Seed to Series A founders who are actively developing AI-driven products and solutions. The programme focuses on providing founders with hands-on technical exposure, close collaboration with Google teams, and structured guidance to refine their AI strategy.
Hands-on engagement with Google AI teams
Selected founders will gain direct access to the Gemini API and other Google AI tools, along with opportunities to work one-on-one with Google AI engineers and product teams. A key element of the forum is the co-development of a practical AI roadmap, tailored to the specific needs and stage of each participating startup.
Besides technical support, the forum has a broader objective: to enable peer learning. Participants will be joining a curated cohort from around the world working on AI, allowing knowledge sharing and collaboration across geographies and sectors. Founders will further be encouraged to give actionable feedback to Google teams working on various AI products and platforms.
Google for Startups: Focus on early-stage AI innovation
The initiative reflects Google’s broader engagement with the global startup ecosystem, particularly as AI adoption accelerates across industries. For early-stage startups, direct interaction with platform builders and engineers can play a critical role in shaping product direction, improving scalability, and reducing execution risk.
The first edition of the Gemini Startup Forum was held in November, and the company is positioning the second edition as a continuation of that hands-on, founder-focused approach.

To apply, founders interested in participating may do so through a link provided by Google for Startues that has been shared by Google. Applications end on February 6th, with those selected to attend the programme in person in Mountain View in May 2026.
