Consumer health startup Mosaic Wellness has raised ₹200 crore in a new funding round led by 360 ONE Asset. The transaction includes both primary and secondary components. While the company received fresh capital to support its growth, existing investor Spring Marketing Capital partially exited its stake through the deal.

The investment highlights the continued interest of institutional investors in India’s fast-growing digital health and wellness sector. For Mosaic Wellness, the new funding provides additional resources as it works to strengthen its position in the consumer healthcare market.

A Digital-First Approach to Wellness

Entrepreneurs Revant Bhate and Dhyanesh Shah founded Mosaic Wellness in 2020, and since then, the company has developed a portfolio of digital businesses that cater to certain health and wellness requirements.

The firm runs a number of well-known platforms, such as Be Bodywise for women’s wellness, Man Matters for men’s health, and Little Joys for parental support and children’s health.

Each platform offers individualised treatment regimens, wellness goods, and online medical consultations. These goods include skincare items, dietary supplements, and therapies for certain health issues. Through its online channels, the corporation mostly offers these goods directly to customers.

Healthcare is now easier and more accessible because of this integrated approach, which gives clients access to medical advice and treatment options in one location.

Expanding Reach Across India

Mosaic Wellness has developed into a popular digital health platform quickly. Through its several brands, the corporation currently serves over six million customers yearly throughout India.

The quick growth is indicative of a more general change in the way people see healthcare. expanding acceptance of teleconsultations, expanding awareness of preventative health, and growing need for individualisedindividualized wellness solutions have all contributed to the rise of digital health platforms.

Mosaic Wellness has created robust customer communities around its brands by concentrating on certain health categories and providing specialisedspecialized solutions.

Revenue Growth Reflects Rising Demand

The company has also reported strong financial growth as its consumer base expands.

For the financial year ending March 2025, Mosaic Wellness reported operating revenue of ₹736 crore. This represents a significant jump from ₹333 crore recorded in the previous financial year.

Alongside the revenue growth, the company has also moved closer to profitability. Its net loss declined to around ₹11–12 crore in FY25, compared with nearly ₹39 crore in FY24. The reduction in losses suggests improving operational efficiency as the business scales.

Most of the company’s income comes from the sale of wellness products across its digital platforms, which continue to see strong consumer demand.

Supported by a Strong Investor Base

Over the past few years, Mosaic Wellness has attracted backing from several prominent venture capital firms. Its investor list includes Elevation Capital, Peak XV Partners, and Z47.

These investors have supported the company’s expansion as it developed its product lines, strengthened technology capabilities, and scaled its consumer brands across the country.

The latest investment from 360 ONE further expands the company’s institutional investor base while providing liquidity to an early backer.

Positioning for the Next Stage of Expansion

The new financing comes at a time when the digital health and wellness industry in India is booming. Online platforms are becoming more and more popular among consumers seeking health goods, individualized treatments, and consultations.

By enhancing its current brands and expanding its product offerings, Mosaic Wellness hopes to capitalize on this trend. The business is establishing itself as a long-term participant in the developing digital healthcare ecosystem by fusing medical knowledge with consumer-focused wellness products.

Mosaic Wellness is moving into its next phase of growth in India’s quickly expanding wellness sector, thanks to a rising user base, robust revenue growth, and ongoing investor backing.
