In a move aimed squarely at execution, Startup India, under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with consulting firm Primus Partners to foster innovation-led growth across the country’s startup ecosystem.
According to the announcement by Startup India, the partnership is designed to do three things well: share knowledge that helps founders move faster, provide hands-on go-to-market support to DPIIT Recognised startups, and deliver targeted capability-building via OEM-led training and curated workshops.

- Knowledge sharing & GTM support: Help DPIIT Recognised startups translate ideas into products that reach customers faster, through structured guidance, market access playbooks, and readiness support.

- Founder workshops: Conduct practical sessions on artificial intelligence, regulatory compliance, product innovation, and scaling, topics that often determine whether promising teams break through or stall.
