Pune-based used two-wheeler platform Speedioo has raised Rs 10 crore in a seed funding round led by Atomic Capital. The fresh capital is expected to support the company’s efforts to strengthen its technology capabilities, expand its market presence, and deepen partnerships across the mobility ecosystem.
The funding comes at a time when demand for organized and transparent used vehicle platforms continues to grow, creating opportunities for startups focused on improving customer trust and operational efficiency in the pre-owned vehicle segment.
Strengthening Technology and Market Reach
Speedioo plans to use the newly raised funds to build its AI-native technology infrastructure, expand distribution channels, strengthen original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partnerships, and grow its dealer and retail network.
The company operates a full-stack platform that facilitates the buying and selling of used two-wheelers. Its business model focuses on addressing key challenges in the sector, including transparency, pricing accuracy, vehicle procurement, and overall customer experience.
Founded by former CredR and Rentomojo executives Sagar Potphode and Ajit Deshmukh, the startup aims to create a more organized and technology-driven marketplace for pre-owned motorcycles and scooters.
AI at the Core of Future Operations
As part of its growth strategy, Speedioo intends to integrate artificial intelligence across multiple stages of its value chain. The company plans to deploy AI-powered systems for vehicle sourcing, condition assessment, price discovery, and sales operations.
By embedding technology into these processes, the startup seeks to improve operational efficiency and deliver more consistent experiences for both dealers and customers. The company believes that technology-led decision-making can help streamline transactions and increase trust in the used two-wheeler market.

Expanding Beyond Existing Markets
Currently operating through a network of dealer partners in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune, Speedioo is preparing for broader geographic expansion. The startup plans to enter three to four additional cities while also increasing its retail footprint through a franchise-led growth model.
The company currently works with more than 200 dealer partners and expects to significantly expand this network over the coming year. The expansion strategy includes reaching a wider customer base across tier I, II, III, and IV markets, where demand for affordable personal mobility solutions continues to remain strong.
Growth Momentum and Operational Performance
Speedioo reported strong business growth over the past year, claiming that its topline increased by more than five times during the last 12 months. The company also stated that it has maintained both EBITDA-positive and cash-flow-positive operations during this period.
According to the startup, it has surpassed Rs 30 crore in gross merchandise value (GMV) and sold more than 4,000 vehicles over the same timeframe. These figures highlight the company’s growing presence in the organized used two-wheeler segment and reflect increasing adoption of its platform among dealers and consumers.
Maintaining positive operating metrics while scaling has become a key focus for many mobility startups, and Speedioo’s performance suggests an emphasis on balancing growth with financial discipline.
Building Opportunities in the EV Resale Segment
Beyond conventional two-wheelers, Speedioo is also positioning itself to benefit from the growing electric vehicle resale market. The company has partnered with electric two-wheeler manufacturers to support exchange programmes designed to facilitate vehicle upgrades and resale transactions.
These partnerships are intended to create opportunities within the emerging pre-owned EV ecosystem, an area that is expected to gain importance as electric vehicle adoption continues to expand across India.
Roadmap for the Next Phase
Looking ahead, Speedioo is targeting annual recurring revenue (ARR) of more than Rs 100 crore within the next 12 to 18 months. Alongside geographic expansion, the company plans to introduce financing and warranty products aimed at enhancing the ownership experience and creating additional value for customers.
With fresh funding in place, a growing dealer network, and plans to deepen its technology-driven approach, Speedioo is positioning itself for its next phase of growth in India’s evolving used two-wheeler market.
