Vytalyou, a Mumbai-based longevity and preventive healthcare startup, has secured ₹9 crore in a Pre-Series A funding round from Chetan Jain of Pharma Dose and Ratan Jain of Venus Industries. The investment values the company at approximately ₹33 crore and will support the expansion of its Incremental Lifestyle Clinics network.

The startup plans to open two additional centres in Mumbai by the end of 2026, taking its total network to three clinics, including its existing facility in Powai. Beyond the immediate expansion, Vytalyou is targeting a presence across 10 locations in India over the coming years.

Building a Healthcare Model Around Prevention

Founded in 2025 by molecular oncologist Dr. Chirantan Bose and radiologist Dr. Preetesh Bhandari, Vytalyou is developing a doctor-led healthcare model centred on longevity, early risk identification and personalised preventive interventions.

Rather than limiting its services to conventional health check-ups, the startup aims to identify potential health concerns before they develop into more serious chronic conditions. Its approach brings together predictive diagnostics, medical supervision and personalised therapeutic programmes designed to help individuals maintain better health as they age.

At the centre of this model is Vytalyou’s AI-powered Predictive Longevity Evaluation, which assesses an individual’s health profile, biological ageing and potential future health risks.

The findings are reviewed by doctors, who use them to develop personalised healthcare plans based on individual requirements. These programmes may involve lifestyle modifications, further diagnostic assessments and therapeutic interventions focused on cellular and mitochondrial health. Follow-up evaluations are also incorporated to track progress over time.

The company aims to move preventive healthcare beyond periodic testing and towards continuous, medically guided health management.

Founders Focus on Extending Healthy Years of Life

Explaining the company’s approach, Dr. Chirantan Bose, Founder of Vytalyou, said its primary objective is to increase the number of healthy years an individual experiences.

“Our focus is on increasing healthy years of life. The AI-based algorithm is unlike any other health check that helps our doctors build a more comprehensive picture of an individual’s organ-systems and shape a personalised programme, which includes interventions focused on cellular and mitochondrial health. Once the body’s own cellular repair and regenerative mechanisms are reset, health takes a new trajectory,” Bose said.

Co-founder Dr. Preetesh Bhandari highlighted the role of extensive diagnostic data in understanding an individual’s underlying health conditions.

“Compounding the data generated from extensive blood work up and radiological scans, we see the human physiology at a deeper level, to begin with. Preventive therapeutics incorporate new age science of cellular repair and regeneration to target disease mechanisms at their core. This is aimed to reduce the burden of metabolic dysfunction propelling heart diseases, Diabetes, Musculo-skeletal and neurological decline which comes with ageing,” Bhandari said.

Vytalyou’s preventive care offering covers pathology, radiology, cardiorespiratory assessments, body composition analysis, genetic and cancer screening, and gut microbiome evaluation. Its portfolio also includes personalised IV therapies, longevity-focused regenerative interventions and non-invasive pain management technologies for chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

Vytalyou Serves Nearly 1,000 Clients Since Launching First Centre

Alongside its funding announcement, Vytalyou disclosed that it has served close to 1,000 clients since opening its first clinic.

According to the startup, its customer acquisition has been evenly split between direct walk-ins and word-of-mouth referrals, with each accounting for approximately 50% of its clientele.

The company is positioning its expansion around growing interest in longevity-focused healthcare. Citing market reviews, Vytalyou noted that the segment is seeing annual growth of more than 30%, with some estimates placing the figure above 50%. These are company-cited market estimates.

For Vytalyou, the immediate priority is to establish two additional clinics in Mumbai before pursuing its wider national expansion.

The ₹9 crore fundraise marks the next stage in the startup’s efforts to build a network where diagnostic assessments, preventive interventions and ongoing medical supervision are offered through an integrated, doctor-led model.
