Bengaluru-based health-tech startup Biopeak has raised $2.7 million in a follow-on funding round led by NKSquared, the investment vehicle of Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, as the company looks to scale its “family health office” model with a second clinic and deeper investment into diagnostics and AI tooling.
Biopeak has secured USD 2.7 million in a follow-on funding round, with NKSquared leading the investment. The round marks Nikhil Kamath’s second investment in the startup, following a USD 1.43 million contribution in August 2024.
Where the money goes next?
Biopeak says it will use the fresh capital to:
- Expand operations and open a new clinic
- Enhance diagnostics
- Advance proprietary AI tools
- Support research initiatives and develop clinical programs
What Biopeak does?
Co-founded in 2025 by Rishi Pardal and Shiva Subramanian, Biopeak offers AI-driven molecular diagnostics, imaging, and expert-led programs focused on optimising “healthspan.”
The company describes its approach as a “family health office” model, built around personalised longevity plans. Ranging from organic acid profiling and microbiome mapping to whole-exome functional genomics and salivary cortisol rhythms, alongside imaging such as MRI, CT, DXA, and ECHO.
Inside its clinics, Biopeak says it translates diagnostic signals into “actionable insights” covering nutrition, sleep, and stress, supported by specialist teams and AI-driven recommendations tailored to Indian biology and disease patterns.
Who it’s building for?
Biopeak’s current focus includes high achievers, executives, and women, with programs that combine advanced diagnostics, wearable data, specialist teams, and AI-led guidance.
Expansion plan: second clinic coming up
Biopeak says it has expanded its client base and clinical offerings over the past year, and that demand for structured longevity services has been rising. After launching its first clinic in Bengaluru last year, the startup plans to open a second clinic in the coming month.
The Significance Of The Round
What’s significant isn’t the amount of the cheque, but the message: the fact that NKSquared is making the same investment again indicates that Biopeak is clearly making the right bet in thinking that longevity care in India can be packaged into something more organized than a series of specialist visits and tests.
The company is positioning itself as a long-term health partner, part diagnostics lab, part clinic, part program engine, built around repeat engagement rather than episodic treatment.
