KuhlTherm received $1.1 million in seed money from Arkam Ventures. KuhlTherm is an innovative firm that creates precision cooling systems for high performance computing environments such as those needed for Artificial Intelligence.
The fresh capital will be used to accelerate product development and strengthen KuhlTherm’s research, development and testing capabilities. The startup also plans to expand its engineering and business development teams, pursue relevant certifications and establish new partnerships.
The planned deployment of funds indicates a focus on both technical validation and commercial readiness. While research and testing will support further product development, certifications and partnerships could help the company prepare its systems for wider adoption.
Founded in 2025 by Shailesh Bishnoi (CEO), alongside co-founders Vishant Gandhi, Kamish Kachhadia (Patel), Jasvipul Chawla (Head of Technology), and Kishan Baravaliya (Head of Operations & Business Development), KuhlTherm offers a range of cooling products designed for high-density computing environments. Its portfolio includes Direct-to-Chip cooling, Rear Door Heat Exchangers, immersion cooling systems and coolant distribution units.
The company has also developed NexusFlow OS, a proprietary intelligence platform that adds software-led monitoring to its cooling infrastructure.
KuhlTherm says its systems are designed to help operators manage high-density AI workloads while reducing energy consumption and improving data-centre sustainability. Its approach combines proprietary hardware, monitoring software and engineering developed in India.
Among its hardware technologies are cold plates that use what the company describes as patented mesh-based cooling technology. These components are designed to address processor hotspots, where concentrated heat can create cooling challenges inside computing systems.
KuhlTherm’s modular Rear Door Heat Exchanger architecture is intended to give operators the flexibility to add cooling capacity over time. The retrofit-friendly design also allows organisations to introduce liquid-cooling infrastructure without relying entirely on newly built facilities.
The startup now plans to scale its solutions across AI data centres, hyperscale infrastructure and other high-density computing environments.
