The fully funded trip is part of the company’s renowned ‘Profit-Share Bonanza’ programme, designed to reward exceptional contributions toward achieving financial milestones.

Even during the pandemic in 2021, Casagrand upheld this tradition by arranging trips to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, despite international travel restrictions. In 2022, employees explored Switzerland, followed by an Australian adventure in 2023.
