Bengaluru-based industrial AI platform AutoVRse has raised $2.4 million in a new funding round co-led by Singularity AMC’s Large Value Fund III and Early Opportunities Fund, alongside participation from existing investor Lumikai. The latest investment comes as the company looks to strengthen its product capabilities and expand its international footprint.

The newly secured funding will be directed toward accelerating product development, enhancing integrations with customer infrastructure, and expanding the company’s go-to-market initiatives across North America.
The investment marks another milestone for AutoVRse, which has been steadily growing its presence in the industrial technology sector. The company previously raised $2 million in a seed funding round led by Lumikai in February 2024.
With industrial enterprises increasingly adopting digital tools to improve workforce productivity and operational efficiency, AutoVRse is positioning itself as a provider of AI-driven solutions designed to support frontline workers in complex industrial environments.
Building Smarter Industrial Workflows
Founded in 2016 by Ashwin Jaishanker and Adarsh Muthappa, AutoVRse develops technology solutions that combine artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and wearable computing to support industrial operations.
The platform offers AI-powered training programs and real-time field guidance tools through virtual reality modules, AI-enabled smart glasses, and mobile applications. These solutions are designed to help workers access critical information, receive guided instructions, and improve operational performance in industrial settings.

According to the company, its solutions are currently used by more than 500,000 users across over 50 enterprise customers spread across North America, Europe, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, and India.
Its customer portfolio includes several globally recognized organizations such as Amazon, Shell, ADNOC, ExxonMobil, Bosch, and NTPC.
The company’s growing international customer base reflects rising demand for digital transformation tools that can support industrial training, maintenance, and field operations at scale.
Strong Growth Following Global Rollout
AutoVRse reports that it has crossed $8 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within 12 months of its global product rollout. The company also states that nearly half of its revenue now comes from international markets, highlighting the increasing contribution of overseas customers to its business.
According to the company, revenue has grown 250 percent year-on-year, indicating strong momentum as enterprises continue investing in AI-powered solutions for workforce enablement and operational support.
The latest funding is expected to help AutoVRse further strengthen its technology platform and deepen its engagement with enterprise customers worldwide. As industrial organizations continue to embrace AI-driven transformation, the company is aiming to scale its offerings across key global markets while expanding the capabilities of its training and field-assistance products.
