Rockstar Games is giving Grand Theft Auto fans another reason to spend ahead of GTA VI’s launch, but its latest collector’s set comes with one notable omission: the game itself.
Priced at $399.99, the Goodtime State – Vice City Collection is a premium merchandise box inspired by the fictional world of Grand Theft Auto VI. The collection is available for pre-order in limited quantities through Rockstar’s official merchandise store.
Despite its price tag and extensive list of collectibles, buyers will not receive a copy of GTA VI with the purchase.
What’s Inside Rockstar’s $399.99 GTA VI Collector’s Box?
Rockstar describes the Goodtime State – Vice City Collection as a premium Collector’s Box featuring essentials for a good time, inspired by Macca the Gator, a hit TV show within Leonida, the fictional state featured in GTA VI.
The set includes 11 items, ranging from branded accessories to collectibles inspired by the game’s Vice City setting.

GTA VI’s Album Will Arrive Alongside the Game
The collector’s box is not the only GTA VI-related release Rockstar has announced ahead of the game’s launch.
Last week, Rockstar Games revealed Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, an official soundtrack created in partnership with Atlantic Records. The album is scheduled for release on November 19, the same day GTA VI is set to launch.
According to Rockstar, the album features 34 original tracks designed to capture the energy of Vice City and Leonida.
Its lineup includes several major names from the music industry, including Travis Scott, Future, Metro Boomin, Morgan Wallen and Keith Richards.
Six singles from the album were released on September 17 across major music streaming platforms.

The six released tracks offer fans an early look at the music accompanying GTA VI’s fictional world.

Unlike the video game itself, the official GTA VI album will be available in physical formats.
The CD is priced at $19.98, while the standard vinyl edition costs $49.98. A limited-edition vinyl version is priced at $124.98.
Additional vinyl colour variants are expected to be available through retailers such as Blood Records, Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Target, Urban Outfitters and independent stores.
With the collector’s box, soundtrack and game launch all part of Rockstar’s broader GTA VI release plans, fans have several ways to engage with the franchise before stepping into Vice City.
For those considering the $399.99 Goodtime State – Vice City Collection, however, one detail is worth keeping in mind: the box contains 11 collectibles, but a copy of Grand Theft Auto VI is not among them.
