Gurugram-based clean-label snacking startup Troovy has raised $5 million in a Series A funding round led by Fireside Ventures and Sharrp Ventures. The round also saw participation from existing investors Spring Marketing Capital and Veltis Capital, reinforcing continued confidence in the brand’s growth trajectory and product positioning within India’s evolving food market.
Fresh Capital to Support the Next Phase of Growth
The newly raised funds will be deployed to strengthen Troovy’s distribution footprint across e-commerce platforms, quick commerce networks, and its direct-to-consumer channels. The company also plans to use the capital to introduce new products across clean snacking categories while scaling operations with the long-term objective of reaching the Rs 100 crore revenue milestone over the next few years.
Troovy aims to deepen its presence in digital-first retail formats, reflecting changing consumer buying patterns and the growing demand for convenient access to healthier food options.
Strong Investor Continuity Across Funding Rounds
This Series A round follows Troovy’s pre-Series A funding of Rs 20 crore, or approximately $2.3 million, raised in May last year. That round was also led by Fireside Ventures along with participation from other investors. Prior to that, the startup had secured an undisclosed seed round in 2023, marking steady capital inflow since its early stages.
The consistent backing from both new and existing investors highlights Troovy’s ability to execute on its brand vision while maintaining alignment with long-term growth strategies.

Building a Clean-Label Snacking Brand for Families
Founded in 2021 by Mansi Baranwal and Aditya Mukherjee, Troovy was created with a focus on clean, kid-friendly snacks designed for family consumption. The brand positions itself around transparency and ingredient integrity, offering products that avoid refined sugar, maida, palm oil, preservatives, and artificial additives.
Troovy operates across a wide range of snacking categories, including chips, puffs, cookies, sauces, spreads, and multi-millet milk mixes. Its portfolio is tailored to appeal to parents seeking healthier alternatives without compromising on taste or convenience.
Rapid Growth Driven by Repeat Consumption
Over the past five months, Troovy reports a fivefold growth in its business, driven largely by repeat purchases and rising adoption among urban households. The company attributes this momentum to strong product acceptance, consistent quality, and growing awareness around clean-label food choices.
The brand follows a structured product development process, with multiple rounds of testing conducted before any product is launched commercially. This approach allows Troovy to refine taste, texture, and nutritional balance while aligning with its clean-label promise.
Expanding Product Innovation with Indian Ingredients
As part of its expansion strategy, Troovy is looking to broaden its product portfolio using ingredients such as millets, dals, grains, nuts, and vegetables. These ingredients form the foundation of many traditional Indian diets and align with the brand’s focus on nutrition-forward snacking.
The company plans to continue innovating across categories while keeping ingredient simplicity and transparency at the core of its offerings.
Strengthening Digital-First Distribution Channels
Currently, Troovy sells its products through leading online marketplaces as well as its own website. With the latest funding, the brand intends to deepen its penetration across digital channels, particularly in fast-growing quick commerce platforms that cater to urban consumers seeking instant access to everyday essentials.
By prioritizing digital distribution, Troovy aims to scale efficiently while staying closely connected to its customer base.
Positioning for the Next Stage of Scale
With fresh capital, an expanding product range, and growing consumer traction, Troovy is entering a new phase of scale. The company’s focus remains on building a trusted clean-label snacking brand while expanding reach and driving sustainable growth in India’s competitive food and beverage market.
As demand for healthier, ingredient-conscious snacks continues to rise, Troovy is positioning itself to play a larger role in shaping how Indian families snack.
