Affordable Innovative Techno Services (AITS), the parent company behind the Rysen School network, has raised $4 million in a pre-Series A funding round. The investment was led by Big Capital and Redbrook Fund, with participation from Udaan co-founder Sujeet Kumar, along with Ramakant Sharma and Roman Saini.

The funding marks an important step for the company as it looks to strengthen its presence in India’s growing K to 12 education segment, particularly in underserved and emerging urban markets.

Expansion Strategy Focused on Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities

AITS plans to deploy the newly raised capital to expand Rysen School’s footprint across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. The company aims to increase the number of campuses while maintaining a standardized operational framework across locations.

In addition to physical expansion, the company is focusing on enhancing its technology-driven learning infrastructure. This includes scaling systems that allow for consistent academic delivery and operational efficiency across all campuses.

Building a Scalable Education Model

Founded in 2023 by O.P. Godara, Kapil Arya, Dr. Kapil Jain, and Pritesh Meena, AITS operates as an education infrastructure and school management company. Its primary focus is on building scalable K to 12 institutions that can deliver quality education in emerging markets.

Through its Rysen School network, the company integrates structured academic programs with experiential learning methods. It also emphasizes technology-enabled instruction, supported by an asset-light operating model designed to allow rapid expansion without heavy infrastructure investments.

Growing Footprint and Student Base

Since its inception, AITS has established 15 Rysen School campuses across nine cities in Rajasthan. These campuses currently serve more than 10,000 students, reflecting steady early growth within a relatively short period.

The company has outlined ambitious expansion plans for the near future. It aims to scale its student base to 100,000 over the next three years by adding 100 new campuses in emerging cities. This growth strategy is aligned with increasing demand for structured and accessible education in smaller urban centers.

Strengthening Technology and Learning Systems

A key part of AITS’s roadmap involves building a centralized and technology-driven learning ecosystem. The company plans to introduce smart classrooms, coding labs, and blended learning tools across its campuses.

In addition, AITS is working to implement academic analytics systems that can track student performance and improve learning outcomes. These systems are expected to support data-driven decision-making in teaching and curriculum development.

Teacher development is also a core focus area. The company intends to expand its teacher training programs and introduce structured performance tracking systems to ensure consistent teaching quality across all locations.

Standardization at Scale

As the company grows, maintaining consistency in education delivery remains a priority. AITS is focused on developing standardized school operating models that can be replicated across multiple campuses without compromising quality.

This approach is designed to ensure that students across different locations receive a similar level of academic support, infrastructure, and learning experience.

Positioning for Long-Term Impact

With the fresh funding in place, AITS is positioning itself to play a larger role in India’s evolving education landscape. By targeting emerging cities and leveraging a scalable, technology-enabled model, the company aims to bridge gaps in access to quality schooling.

The expansion of Rysen School reflects a broader shift toward organized and structured education networks in regions that have traditionally been underserved. As AITS moves forward with its growth plans, its focus remains on combining accessibility, consistency, and innovation in K to 12 education.
