Aesthetic surgery platform TRUE ARTIS has raised Rs 11.4 crore in a seed funding round led by Zeropearl VC, giving the young company fresh capital to expand its physical footprint and strengthen the infrastructure behind its surgical and recovery services. The round also included participation from Eleven and a group of angel investors.
The funding comes with a fairly specific expansion plan. TRUE ARTIS intends to open two new centres in Delhi NCR over the next six to eight months, while also investing in its surgical and recovery capabilities, expanding its network of plastic and aesthetic surgeons, and developing its technology and patient-care systems.
The round also drew participation from operators and healthcare investors, with Arjun Vaidya and Vivek Lohcheb, CBO of PhonePe, among the names disclosed.
TRUE ARTIS looks to build beyond a consultation-led model
Founded in 2025 by Ankit Joshi and Sandeep Upadhyay, TRUE ARTIS has positioned itself as an integrated aesthetic-care platform rather than simply a discovery or consultation service. Its model brings surgeons, surgical infrastructure, recovery facilities and patient-care systems together within the same operating setup.
The company offers procedures across areas including facial aesthetics, breast procedures, body contouring and hair restoration. An in-house technology platform is used to manage the patient journey from the initial consultation through surgery and recovery.
That integration is central to where the new capital is being directed. Rather than using the seed round solely for geographic expansion, TRUE ARTIS is also allocating money to the clinical and operational layers needed to support additional centres.
Two existing centres, with two more planned
TRUE ARTIS currently operates two centres in Delhi and Gurgaon and works with a multidisciplinary network that includes full-time and visiting plastic surgeons. The company works with around 20 plastic surgeons across Delhi NCR.
The startup says it has already served more than 10,000 clients and completed over 400 surgeries. Its centres include operating theatres, surgical and medical equipment, ICU backup and private patient suites.
One operating milestone stands out at this stage of the company’s growth. TRUE ARTIS said its first centre has reached EBITDA break-even, while the business is also recording month-on-month revenue growth.
That makes the next phase more than a straightforward centre-opening exercise. The company is attempting to replicate an existing operating model while adding clinical capacity, more specialists and supporting technology at the same time.
With two additional Delhi NCR locations planned within the next six to eight months, TRUE ARTIS will effectively be moving from two centres to a four-centre network if the expansion proceeds on schedule. The seed capital gives the company the resources to pursue that build-out while continuing to invest in the patient journey around surgery, from consultation to post-procedure recovery.
