The AI-native CRM startup Super Leap plans to use the fresh capital to expand its enterprise go-to-market operations, advance its AI capabilities and strengthen its product portfolio.
Superleap has secured Rs 36 crore, approximately $3.7 million, in a pre-Series A funding round led by Peak XV’s Surge.
The company will direct the new capital towards expanding its enterprise go-to-market operations and strengthening both its AI and product capabilities.
Founded in 2024 by former Unacademy operators, Superleap is building an AI-native customer relationship management platform for sales and revenue teams. Its platform brings together revenue data, customer intelligence and AI agents to automate work across different stages of the sales cycle. The founding team includes Subham Kumar Boundia, Saurabh Maheshwari and Alok Maurya.
Building an AI-led operating layer for revenue teams
Superleap’s product suite is designed to help businesses manage customer information, understand buyer behaviour and automate repetitive revenue-related tasks from a single platform.
The suite includes SuperOS for data management, SuperSense for customer intelligence and AI agents that handle revenue workflows. The company also provides AI voice bots and supports integrations with widely used communication and productivity tools, including WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Claude and ChatGPT.
This approach allows sales teams to work with customer data and automation tools without moving constantly between disconnected systems. For Superleap, the fresh funding provides additional room to improve these capabilities while taking the platform to more enterprise customers.
Superleap claims tenfold growth in the past year
Superleap says it has grown tenfold over the past year. Its customers operate across sectors such as banking, financial services and insurance, software-as-a-service, healthcare, travel, hospitality and media.
The startup’s customer list includes Razorpay, Aakash Education, MediBuddy, HCL GUVI, Cars24, PagarBook, Plum and Superhealth.
The company has also highlighted the scale and speed of some recent customer implementations. It cites the migration of more than 10 million data records within 45 days. In another deployment, Aakash Education moved 5,000 counsellors across 400 locations to the platform in less than 60 days.
These deployments are particularly relevant to Superleap’s enterprise strategy, where onboarding large teams and transferring substantial volumes of business data can be among the most demanding parts of adopting a new CRM platform.
Backed by founders and startup investors
Superleap’s backer list also includes Gruhas and Supermorpheus Group. Angel investors associated with the company include Gaurav Munjal, Anupam Mittal, Mukesh Bansal and Nikhil Kamath.
Following the pre-Series A round, the startup’s immediate focus remains clear: deepen its product, build out its AI capabilities and expand its reach among enterprise sales and revenue teams.
