Gabit has acquired Nack, a clean, science-led nutrition brand born in Sweden, marking the company’s first acquisition and a decisive step toward building an integrated, data-driven health ecosystem.

The announcement was made by Gaurav Gupta, Founder of Gabit, who positioned the acquisition not as a conventional brand expansion, but as a rethink of how modern health systems should function, interconnected, measurable, and accountable.

Gabit: Moving beyond siloed health habits

Gupta pointed out that a “gap existed in the wellness space that involved wellness, exercise, sleep, nutrition, and supplements, but they were always separate and distinct, while being highly interrelated.” Supplements, more specifically, were usually taken without a clear outcome in mind, on a regular basis, but never really quantified for their actual effectiveness.

With Näck joining Gabit, the company says it intends to change that fundamental equation.

The acquisition brings supplements directly into Gabit’s broader health framework, where they are designed to be tracked, validated, and optimised using real health data. According to Gupta, this includes insights drawn from wearables, blood work, and personalised fitness and nutrition plans, all brought together on Gabit’s longevity platform.

From consumption to feedback

What makes the move significant is not the addition of a nutrition brand alone, but how Gabit plans to contextualise it. The company describes this as the creation of a “measurable health loop”, where supplementation is no longer a passive habit but part of a continuous feedback system.

In practical terms, the intent is to allow users to understand how what they consume aligns with how their body responds, closing the loop between input and outcome. This, Gabit argues, is where health stops being abstract and starts becoming quantifiable.

A first-of-its-kind positioning

In his post, Gupta stated that the Nack acquisition makes Gabit the world’s first health wearable company to launch supplements as part of a complete health loop. The emphasis here is on integration, positioning supplements alongside wearable data and personalised plans, rather than as a standalone product category.

This positioning reflects a broader shift in health technology: moving from fragmented tools to unified systems that attempt to map the full health journey of an individual.

Why Nack fits the strategy?

While the company has not disclosed terms of the acquisition, operational or financial, Gupta called Näck a clean, science-led nutrition brand; that aligns with Gabit’s emphasis on evidence-based health decisions.

Similarly, the Swedish origin of Näck also reinforces the brand’s positioning around formulation discipline and scientific grounding, traits Gabit appears keen to embed into its ecosystem.

Building towards a longevity platform

The acquisition is framed as a milestone, not an endpoint. Gupta described it as one step closer to Gabit’s declared ambition of creating “the world’s first fully integrated longevity ecosystem.”

Rather than expanding horizontally into unrelated offerings, Gabit’s approach, as articulated in the announcement, suggests vertical integration, stacking wearables, data, guidance, and now supplementation into a single, cohesive platform.

What Next?

Gabit has not announced timelines, product rollouts, or integration specifics following the acquisition. However, the intent is clear: health, as the company sees it, must be measurable, interconnected, and responsive.

With Näck now part of Gabit, the company is signalling a future where supplements are no longer taken on faith alone, but evaluated as part of a larger, data-backed health system.
