Electric commercial vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has raised Rs 50 crore in a fresh funding round, strengthening its efforts to expand manufacturing capabilities and accelerate the development of electric mobility solutions in India.

The investment comes from Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma, according to the company’s announcement.

Fresh Capital to Support Business Expansion

Omega Seiki Mobility said the newly raised funds will be deployed across several strategic areas of its business. The company plans to increase its manufacturing capacity, strengthen its research and development (R&D) operations, expand its dealer and service network across the country, and speed up the rollout of its next generation electric vehicle portfolio.

The investment is expected to support OSM’s long-term growth strategy as demand for electric commercial vehicles continues to rise across India’s logistics and transportation sectors.

Building a Strong Presence in Commercial EVs

Founded in 2018 by Uday Narang, Omega Seiki Mobility focuses on manufacturing electric commercial vehicles, including electric three-wheelers, two-wheelers, and light trucks designed primarily for last-mile logistics applications.

The company operates under the Anglian Omega Group and has manufacturing facilities located in Faridabad and Pune. Over the past few years, OSM has established a presence in India’s commercial electric vehicle market by offering products across multiple vehicle categories.

Its vehicle portfolio serves businesses involved in cargo transportation, urban deliveries, and commercial mobility, reflecting the growing adoption of electric vehicles in fleet operations.

Financial Performance Reflects Growth

Omega Seiki Mobility reported revenue of approximately Rs 333 crore in FY26. During the same financial year, the company recorded a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 7.3 crore while maintaining an EBITDA margin of 7.7%.

The financial performance highlights the company’s continued business growth as it expands its operations in India’s fast-evolving electric mobility sector.

Serving Leading Enterprise Customers

OSM has built a customer base that includes several prominent companies operating in logistics, e-commerce, food delivery, and supply chain services. Its commercial electric vehicles are used by organizations such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé.

These partnerships reflect the increasing use of electric commercial vehicles by businesses looking to improve operational efficiency while supporting cleaner transportation solutions.

Expansion Plans Across Multiple EV Segments

Looking ahead, Omega Seiki Mobility plans to broaden its presence across several segments of the commercial electric vehicle market. The company intends to strengthen its portfolio in cargo electric three-wheelers, passenger electric vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers, and electric light commercial vehicles.

By expanding across these categories, OSM aims to cater to a wider range of mobility and logistics requirements as India’s electric vehicle ecosystem continues to develop.

In addition to expanding its product lineup, the company has also partnered with financial institutions and green mobility companies to improve vehicle financing and fleet adoption. Its collaborations with cKers Finance and Mufin Green are focused on supporting retail financing options and enabling fleet deployment for commercial customers.

Strengthening India’s Electric Mobility Ecosystem

The latest funding provides Omega Seiki Mobility with additional resources to invest in manufacturing, product development, and customer support infrastructure. Expanding production facilities and enhancing service coverage are expected to help the company meet growing demand while improving after-sales support for customers across India.

With a focus on commercial electric vehicles and continued investment in technology, manufacturing, and distribution, Omega Seiki Mobility is positioning itself to strengthen its role in India’s transition toward sustainable transportation.
