Enterprise AI platform Zenalyst has raised Rs 3 crore, approximately $300,000, in a pre-seed funding round backed by a group of angel and corporate investors. The investors include SKIL Cabs Private Limited, GERP Technologies Private Limited, Anurag Jain, Manish Kumar Jeloka, Pratap Padode, Siddarth Razdan and P H Corp.
The Bengaluru-based company plans to use the new funding to strengthen its ZenForce platform and expand its library of AI agents. The expansion will focus on enterprise workflows across treasury, procurement and legal functions.
Building AI agents for enterprise execution
Founded in 2025 by Nagendra Singh, Sanketh Krishnappa and Vijay Jha, Zenalyst is developing an agentic AI platform aimed at helping businesses execute and manage complex workflows.
Its core platform, ZenForce, is designed to support enterprise operations across areas including finance, procurement and legal functions. Rather than focusing only on analysis, the platform is built around specialised AI agents that can assist with operational processes within businesses.
Zenalyst currently offers several specialised products. ZenBank focuses on enterprise money operations, while ZenProcure is designed for procurement workflows. ZenLegal focuses on contract intelligence. The company said its platform can connect with more than 150 enterprise systems spanning ERP, CRM and banking environments.
Expanding across asset-heavy industries
Zenalyst has onboarded several businesses, including Sattva Group, Knowledge Realty Trust REIT, which is backed by Blackstone, Bharat Biotech, Puravankara and Skill Travels.
The company’s deployments span sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, engineering, procurement and construction, pharmaceuticals and travel. These industries often involve multiple systems, financial processes and operational workflows, giving Zenalyst a broad range of enterprise use cases for its platform.
According to the company, its technology has helped reduce manual effort by as much as 90% across targeted workflows. Some deployments have also recorded payback periods of less than 12 months.
Zenalyst currently has a sales pipeline of around $1 million, highlighting the company’s focus on expanding its enterprise customer base alongside its product development.

Finance automation was an early focus
Zenalyst previously introduced its AI Finance Workforce in October 2025, with a focus on corporate finance functions. The product was designed to connect information from systems including ERP, CRM and HRMS and provide finance teams with automated analysis and decision support.
The launch marked an early step in the company’s effort to apply AI agents to business finance operations, before expanding its platform across additional enterprise functions.
Product suite broadens with sector expansion
By January 2026, Zenalyst had onboarded listed real estate developers as it expanded its focus toward asset-heavy sectors. At the time, its product suite included ZenBank, ZenBook, ZenForce and ZenPay.
These products covered areas including treasury, financial analysis, monitoring and payables, reflecting the company’s broader approach to automating financial and operational workflows for enterprises.
The latest funding is expected to support further development of ZenForce while helping Zenalyst expand its AI agent capabilities across procurement, treasury and legal operations.
Bengaluru base with US operations
Zenalyst is headquartered in Bengaluru and also has operations in Delaware and Chicago in the United States. The company currently has a team of more than 40 people.
With the fresh pre-seed capital, Zenalyst is continuing to build its enterprise AI offering while expanding its presence across multiple business functions. Its focus remains on using specialised AI agents to automate execution-heavy workflows and reduce the manual work involved in routine enterprise operations.
