Bengaluru-based smart kitchen technology company Beyond Appliances has raised Rs 110 crore ($11.4 million) in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures. Dharana Capital and other investors also participated in the round.

The latest fundraise comes after the company raised $4 million in a Series A round led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from Dharana Capital, in August last year. Before that, Beyond Appliances secured $2 million in its seed round led by Fireside Ventures in November 2024.

New Funding to Support Manufacturing Expansion

Beyond Appliances plans to use the Series B capital for research and development and to establish a new manufacturing plant. The company said the investment will support the development and scaling of its next generation of kitchen appliances.

Founded in 2024 by Eshwar K Vikas and Rakesh Patil, Beyond Appliances develops smart kitchen products designed around technology and practical functionality for modern homes.

Its product portfolio currently includes Android chimneys, Plug-N-Play chimneys, smart hobs, and cooktops. The company said it has expanded its presence across India while also increasing consumer engagement as it scales its operations.

Referral Sales Account for 15% of Revenue

Beyond Appliances said customer referrals are becoming an important part of its sales, with 15% of its revenue coming through customer references.

The company’s flagship kitchen appliance range remains its main revenue driver. It has also doubled its marketplace market share over the past year, pointing to higher adoption of its products through online channels.

Beyond Appliances has also built an offline retail network and operates experience centres in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

The company plans to add a presence in 10 more cities over the next three years. During the same period, it is targeting Rs 500 crore in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and plans to keep its product portfolio focused exclusively on kitchen appliances.

Fireside Ventures Continues to Back the Company

The Series B round marks another investment from Fireside Ventures, which also led Beyond Appliances’ earlier seed and Series A rounds.

The repeated backing has accompanied the company’s expansion from its earlier funding stages into a broader smart kitchen appliance portfolio, alongside plans to increase manufacturing capacity and offline reach.

The latest round also comes as companies operating in smart kitchen technology continue to develop products around connected and convenient cooking experiences.

Upliance.ai, which develops AI-powered cooking appliances, has previously raised Rs 34 crore from Khosla Ventures. EDT recently raised $2.4 million in a round led by Sauce VC, while Curaa raised Rs 40 crore in a round led by 3one4 Capital in August this year to expand its kitchen appliance and tools portfolio.

For Beyond Appliances, the new capital is set to support two key priorities: building additional manufacturing capacity and investing in research and development as the company works towards its Rs 500 crore ARR target over the next three years.
