Bengaluru-based business-to-business fintech startup Mysa has raised $3.4 million in a funding round co-led by Blume Ventures and Piper Serica. The round also saw participation from Ikemori Ventures, Raise Financial Services, QED Innovation Labs, and existing backers Antler, IIMA Ventures, and Neon Fund. The latest infusion of capital marks an important milestone for the young fintech as it accelerates product development and market expansion.
This funding comes less than a year after Mysa closed a $2.8 million seed round in February 2025, which was also led by Blume Ventures along with other investors. With continued backing from both new and existing investors, the company is strengthening its position in India’s growing B2B fintech ecosystem.
Focus on Product Expansion and Automation
Mysa plans to deploy the newly raised funds to expand its automation capabilities and introduce additional banking and finance products. According to the company, upcoming offerings will include procurement tools, expense management solutions linked to the Unified Payments Interface, and a corporate credit card. These additions are expected to complement its existing platform and address operational pain points faced by mid-sized businesses.
By broadening its product suite, Mysa aims to offer finance teams a more comprehensive and integrated solution, reducing dependence on multiple standalone tools for banking, payments, and accounting workflows.

Built for the Needs of Mid-Sized Indian Businesses
Founded in 2023 by Arpita Kapoor and Mohit Rangaraju, Mysa provides an AI-powered unified platform designed specifically for mid-sized Indian companies. The startup targets businesses with annual revenues ranging from Rs 10 crore to Rs 300 crore, a segment that often struggles with fragmented financial systems and manual processes.
Mysa’s platform helps these companies streamline critical functions such as accounts payable, vendor payments, and financial reconciliations. By automating routine tasks, the company seeks to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across financial operations.
Integrated Banking and Smart Financial Tools
Mysa offers a range of services that include accounts payable automation, invoice management, and expense tracking. Its platform also enables integrated banking through partnerships with banks such as Yes Bank. Key features include Smart Scan, which automates bill processing, along with expense categorisation and real-time reconciliation.
These tools are designed to reduce manual intervention and help finance teams close their books faster while maintaining control over spending and compliance.
A Unified Alternative to Fragmented Systems
One of Mysa’s core value propositions is its focus on replacing multiple disconnected tools with a single, unified platform. Founders and finance teams often rely on separate solutions for banking, payments, expense management, and accounting, leading to inefficiencies and data silos. Mysa aims to simplify this landscape by bringing these functions together in one system.
By centralising financial workflows, the platform enables better oversight and decision-making for business leaders, while also easing the operational burden on finance teams.
Growing Customer Base Across Key Sectors
Mysa serves customers across a diverse set of industries, including quick commerce, manufacturing, hospitality, fintech, and real estate. Its client roster includes companies such as Dhan, Wint Wealth, Swish, DrinkPrime, and Material Depot, reflecting its appeal across both digital-first startups and traditional businesses.
The company states that it currently processes over Rs 1,500 crore in annualised transaction volumes and facilitates payments to more than 40,000 bank accounts. This scale highlights the growing adoption of its platform among mid-sized enterprises.
Strong Banking Integrations Support Scale
Mysa has built integrations with more than 15 banks, including Axis Bank, Yes Bank, IDFC First Bank, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank. These integrations allow businesses to manage payments and reconciliations across multiple banking relationships from a single interface.
With fresh capital in hand and a clear focus on automation and product expansion, Mysa is positioning itself to deepen its presence in India’s B2B fintech market and further simplify financial operations for growing businesses.
