AI-driven marketing technology startup JustAI has raised more than $17 million in a Series A funding round led by Base10. Existing investors Y Combinator and Peak XV Partners also participated in the round, alongside a group of strategic investors and industry operators.
Among the additional backers were growth leaders from Anthropic and Chime, the Chief Technology Officer of HubSpot, and the founders of Eppo and Vapi. The funding marks a significant milestone for the company as it looks to strengthen its product capabilities and expand its market reach.
Strengthening Product and Engineering Capabilities
The newly raised capital will be directed toward expanding JustAI’s engineering and go-to-market teams. The company also plans to invest further in its agentic AI infrastructure, which serves as the foundation of its marketing automation platform.
In addition to scaling its core operations, JustAI intends to broaden its platform capabilities for e-commerce and business-to-business marketing applications. The company is also looking to grow its engineering talent pool and explore opportunities in India as part of its broader expansion strategy.
Building a New Approach to Marketing Automation
Founded by Neha Mittal and Jeff Hara, JustAI provides an AI-native platform designed to help enterprises automate key marketing functions, including personalization, experimentation, and decision-making.
The platform brings together multiple AI agents responsible for strategy, creative execution, decisioning, and data analysis. By integrating these functions, the company aims to help marketing teams manage and optimize campaigns more efficiently while operating at scale.
JustAI positions its technology as an alternative to traditional rules-based campaign management systems. According to the company, its platform uses proprietary reinforcement learning models to determine the most effective action or message for individual users, enabling more adaptive and data-driven marketing decisions.

Growing Enterprise Adoption
The startup says its platform currently supports more than 600 marketing decisions delegated to AI each month. It also reports that its technology helped generate more than $100 million in revenue for customers over the past year.
A number of well-known organizations use the platform, including Coursera, ClickUp, and Better. These customer relationships reflect the growing demand among enterprises for AI-powered tools that can streamline marketing operations and improve campaign performance.
As businesses continue to seek ways to manage increasingly complex customer engagement strategies, AI-based decisioning systems have become a key area of investment. JustAI’s approach focuses on helping organizations replace fragmented workflows with more intelligent and automated systems capable of responding to customer behavior in real time.
Founders Bring Deep Experience in Growth and AI
JustAI was founded by Neha Mittal and Jeff Hara, both of whom bring relevant industry expertise to the company.
Before launching the startup, Mittal worked in growth and retention roles at Twitter and Pinterest, gaining experience in customer engagement and user growth strategies. Hara’s background includes machine learning and recommendation systems, areas that play a central role in the company’s product architecture and AI-driven decision-making capabilities.
Their combined expertise has helped shape JustAI’s focus on applying advanced artificial intelligence to practical marketing challenges faced by enterprise teams.
Momentum Following Earlier Seed Funding
The Series A round follows JustAI’s seed financing secured in August 2024. At that time, the company raised $1.7 million from investors including Peak XV Partners, Y Combinator, Lobster Capital, and Cloud Capital.
Since then, the startup has continued to develop its platform and expand its customer base, positioning itself within the rapidly growing market for AI-powered enterprise software.
Looking ahead, JustAI plans to focus on helping enterprise marketing teams consolidate disconnected tools and workflows into a unified knowledge and decisioning layer. Over the next 12 months, the company aims to further strengthen its platform’s ability to centralize marketing intelligence and support more automated, data-driven decision-making across organizations.
