In a significant boost to India’s growing logistics and fulfilment sector, QuickShift, a technology-led D2C and enterprise fulfilment startup, has raised ₹22 crore (around $2.6 million) in a pre-Series A funding round. The round was led by Atomic Capital, with participation from Axilor Ventures and other investors.

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ new infusion of capital is a major milestone for QuickShift as it intends to upgrade its technology platform, expand its operations throughout India, and integrate AI-driven intelligence at a deeper level in its logistics infrastructure. With this money, the startup is targeting to speed up the innovation process, improve customer experience and get ready for a big roll-out across the ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌country.

Building a Smarter Fulfilment Ecosystem

QuickShift‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ aims to use the additional money to upgrade its AI-driven fulfilment platform, extend its activities in the north and south of India, and improve its omni-channel capabilities. Besides, the organisation plans to firm up its executive team, thereby having the know-how and the operational strength to handle the growth that comes quickly.

Essentially, the target is to build a fulfilment network that integrates these features; speed, transparency, and technology, thus enabling brands to handle stock, orders, and deliveries in a hassle-free ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌manner.

From a Startup Idea to a Fulfilment Powerhouse

Founded by Anshul Goenka, QuickShift was born out of the need to make logistics and supply chains simpler and more reliable for growing brands. The company provides a plug-and-play fulfilment platform that integrates warehousing, inventory management, and logistics into one seamless system.

The platform gives brands real-time visibility and control over their operations, from order placement to delivery, helping them streamline fulfilment, reduce delays, and improve customer satisfaction. Its AI-driven tools also help optimize routes, track shipments, and manage order surges with precision.

Delivering at an Impressive Scale

QuickShift’s growth over the past year reflects the increasing demand for dependable fulfilment partners in India’s D2C and e-commerce landscape. The company currently manages over three lakh B2C shipments, around seven lakh marketplace orders, and 5,000 quick-commerce replenishments every month.

Its network spans seven fulfilment centres that collectively cover more than 29,000 pincodes across India, serving over 100 brands from diverse sectors including fashion, personal care, electronics, and FMCG.

This growing operational scale has helped QuickShift achieve 100% annual recurring revenue growth between September 2024 and September 2025, showcasing both its scalability and reliability.

Expanding Horizons Across Key Cities

QuickShift is now setting its sights on expanding to major metros like NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata, while also building new fulfilment centres in Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and Indore.

These‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ changes are meant to help the company become more customer-centric, shorten delivery times, and enhance last-mile efficiency which is a very important parameter for the D2C and quick-commerce sectors that are growing rapidly in India. Besides, the growth makes QuickShift a major logistics partner both for the companies that are already stable and the startups that are seeking rapid ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌scaling.

One Platform, Endless Possibilities

QuickShift’s fulfilment platform is integrated with top e-commerce and quick-commerce players such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, JioMart, and BigBasket. This integration allows brands to manage orders from multiple channels, online and offline, within a single system.

By bringing all fulfilment processes under one roof, QuickShift ensures seamless coordination across marketplaces, faster deliveries, and consistent customer experiences. This kind of connected commerce is increasingly vital in today’s retail environment, where consumers expect convenience and speed across every purchase channel.

Technology at the Core of Every Delivery

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ main reason for QuickShift’s triumph is its capacity to incorporate data-driven insights, automation, and AI to make complex fulfilment problems manageable. The company’s technology is the main factor in accurate forecasting, efficient inventory placement, and optimized routing, which are the major contributors to the reduction of operational costs and the increase of delivery speed ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌simultaneously.

This focus on intelligent logistics has not only attracted investors but also helped QuickShift become a trusted partner for brands aiming to scale without operational bottlenecks.

Scaling Smarter, Growing Stronger

QuickShift‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ is gearing up to be a leader in the changing Indian fulfilment market with new funds, a growing network, and a strong emphasis on AI-driven growth. Their upcoming chapter will be all about scaling in a controlled manner, mixing innovation with operational discipline to achieve sustainable ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌growth.

While‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ the demand for e-commerce and quick-commerce in India is at its peak, QuickShift’s objective is not limited to just the transport of packages, rather it is aimed at creating a more intelligent, speedy, and interlinked network of local distribution that will be able to serve digital-first brands of the ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌future.
