FinStackk has set a target of supporting 1,000 businesses by the end of the current financial year as it expands its technology platform with a new range of AI-powered business operations tools.

Founded in 2022 by Satya Yeruva (CEO), Nithin Reddy (Chief Growth Officer), and Swagath Pendru (CTO)The accounting, payroll and tax compliance automation company has already supported more than 500 businesses. Its next phase of growth will focus on expanding that customer base while developing products intended to simplify finance, compliance and legal operations for Indian startups and growing businesses entering the United States.

Managing a business across India and the US can involve several separate systems and service providers. Incorporation, bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, annual filings and legal compliance are often handled independently, making it harder for founders to maintain a clear view of their operations.

FinStackk is positioning its platform as a unified alternative to this fragmented setup. The company brings together financial management, compliance support and expert advisory services within a single ecosystem.

New AI-Powered Products Under Development

As part of its expansion, FinStackk is working on four new platforms: Fin-Comply, Fin-Stock, a Practice Management Solution and a Sales Tax Platform.

Fin-Stock is being developed as a modern cap table management solution. The broader product portfolio is intended to automate complex workflows, improve operational visibility and make compliance and financial management easier for growing companies.

The company currently supports businesses across US incorporation, accounting and bookkeeping, tax preparation and filing, sales tax compliance, payroll processing and annual compliance management. Its platform also includes legal solutions and CFO advisory services.

Satya Yeruva, Co-founder and CEO of FinStackk, said founders increasingly expect technology to reduce the complexity involved in managing financial and compliance responsibilities.

“The needs of modern businesses are evolving rapidly, and founders increasingly expect technology to simplify complex financial and compliance operations,” Yeruva said.

He added that the company’s immediate priorities are to grow its customer base and strengthen its technology platform.

“Our goal is to help 1,000 businesses by the end of this financial year while continuing to build intelligent, AI-powered solutions that enable founders to manage their businesses with greater visibility, efficiency and confidence,” he said.

The planned expansion reflects FinStackk’s focus on businesses managing cross-border operations between India and the US. By combining technology with financial expertise, the company aims to reduce the need for disconnected software systems and multiple service providers.

Reaching the 1,000-business target would represent a significant increase from the company’s current base of more than 500 businesses. Its upcoming product launches are expected to play a central role in that growth strategy.
