AllHome, the home improvement startup founded by PharmEasy co-founders Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah and Hardik Dedhia, has raised Rs 200 crore in a Series B round led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
The round values the company at Rs 2,000 crore, or about $210 million. Strides and several family offices also participated in the fundraise.
The funding comes less than a year after AllHome was launched as a platform for architectural and interior design products. The company had earlier raised an undisclosed round at a valuation of $120 million from a group of angel investors, including Siddharth Shah of PharmEasy, Niket Shah, Shalibhadra Shah of Monarch Networth Capital, Motilal Oswal, Kabir Narang of B Capital and Ankur Gulati of Warburg Pincus, among others.
Siddharth Shah joined AllHome as a co-founder in August last year.
AllHome plans to use the fresh capital to expand its network of experience centres, strengthen its technology platform and build out its portfolio of home improvement brands.
The company follows a house-of-brands approach in the home improvement space, covering products across hardware, bathware, facades, windows, surfaces and lighting. It currently sells across categories such as hardware and bath fittings, facades and windows, and lighting, with plans to widen its offering further.
The fundraise is notable because it places AllHome among the newer ventures trying to organise India’s fragmented home improvement market. The sector has traditionally relied on offline dealers, contractors, architects and local suppliers, making product discovery and purchase decisions difficult for homeowners and professionals alike.
By building a platform around design-led products and experience centres, AllHome appears to be positioning itself at the intersection of home construction, renovation and interior-led retail. The new funding gives it room to deepen that model, especially in a market where consumers are increasingly seeking curated, branded and professionally guided home solutions.
For Bessemer Venture Partners, the round adds another consumer and commerce-linked bet in India. For AllHome’s founding team, it marks a fresh entrepreneurial chapter after PharmEasy, this time in a category far removed from healthcare but similarly shaped by fragmented supply, offline-heavy distribution and a need for better technology-led access.
