Flipkart has announced the pricing and launch offers for Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro ahead of its Freedom Day Sale 2026, giving buyers an opportunity to purchase the flagship smartphone at a lower effective price. The e-commerce platform has confirmed an upfront discount on the device, along with additional bank offers, cashback, and EMI benefits that can further increase overall savings.
The sale is scheduled to begin on August 8, while Flipkart Plus members, Black members, and Flipkart Axis Bank credit card holders will receive early access starting August 7.
iPhone 17 Pro Gets an Upfront Price Cut
Flipkart has listed the iPhone 17 Pro at ₹1,26,900, marking a direct reduction of ₹8,000 from its launch price of ₹1,34,900. This discounted price is available without requiring any bank offer, making it one of the first major price reductions for Apple’s latest Pro model.
Customers using eligible SBI Credit Cards or the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card can avail an additional ₹5,000 instant discount. With this offer applied, the effective purchase price falls to ₹1,21,900.
In addition to the instant bank discount, Flipkart is offering 5% cashback for eligible cardholders along with select EMI benefits. Depending on the payment method and eligibility, the combined value of these offers can reach around ₹17,000, further improving the overall deal.
Similar Offers Announced for iPhone 17 Pro Max
Flipkart has also confirmed promotional pricing for the iPhone 17 Pro Max during the Freedom Day Sale.
The premium flagship will be available at ₹1,41,900, down from its launch price of ₹1,49,900 before bank offers are applied. Customers eligible for the additional bank discount can purchase the device at an effective price of ₹1,32,900.
As with the Pro model, buyers may also benefit from cashback offers, EMI plans, and exchange bonuses, depending on the payment option and smartphone being traded in. The final savings will vary based on individual eligibility and transaction details.

The timing of the Freedom Day Sale is attracting attention because it coincides with reports suggesting that the iPhone 17 series could see a price increase in India. According to these reports, prices may rise by up to ₹12,000 in the near future.
If such revisions take effect, the Freedom Day Sale could become one of the last opportunities for customers to purchase the current iPhone 17 Pro models at their existing pricing with additional promotional benefits.
Flipkart’s seasonal sales have previously featured limited-time smartphone discounts, and some of the lowest prices have typically remained available only during the initial phase of the event.

Additional 5% cashback for eligible cardholders and selected EMI options provide further savings. Exchange offers are also expected to be available on supported devices, enabling buyers to reduce the final payable amount based on the value of their existing smartphone.

The Freedom Day Sale will not be limited to Apple’s latest devices. Flipkart has also teased offers on several other flagship smartphones.
Discounts are expected on older iPhone models, while premium Android devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL will also be part of the promotional event.
Although Flipkart has officially confirmed pricing for the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, the teaser pages have not yet fully revealed the pricing for the standard iPhone 17. Additional offers and pricing details for the remaining models in the lineup are expected to be announced closer to the start of the Freedom Day Sale.
