Artificial intelligence and national security technology firm Innefu Labs has secured $30 million in a Series B funding round led by Singapore-based Panthera Growth Partners. The investment was completed through a combination of primary and secondary transactions and marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey.
The New Delhi-headquartered company plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its presence in international markets while accelerating the development of its proprietary artificial intelligence technologies. The funding follows the company’s initial expansion efforts in the Middle East and is expected to support broader global market penetration.
The investment comes from Panthera Growth Partners’ second fund, which is backed by institutional investors from India, the European Union, and the United States.
Building the Next Generation of Sovereign AI
A major portion of the new funding will be directed toward research and development in advanced artificial intelligence technologies. Innefu Labs intends to further develop its proprietary agentic AI platform while expanding into emerging areas such as robotics and physical AI.
The company is also investing in sovereign AI infrastructure, including the development of domain-specific large language models designed for high-security and mission-critical environments. These technologies are aimed at serving organizations that require secure, reliable, and domestically controlled AI capabilities.
The focus on sovereign AI aligns with the growing demand for indigenous technology solutions in sectors where data security, operational control, and strategic autonomy are considered essential.

Strong Presence in National Security and Intelligence
Founded in 2010, Innefu Labs has established itself as a specialized provider of AI-driven solutions for defence, intelligence, law enforcement, and revenue intelligence agencies. Over the years, the company has developed platforms that support decision-making, intelligence gathering, and security operations in mission-critical environments.
Among its notable deployments is India’s first National Terrorism Data Fusion Centre. The company has also contributed to large-scale intelligence fusion platforms and security infrastructure projects serving government and enterprise customers.
Innefu’s technology portfolio focuses on data analytics, information security, intelligence fusion, predictive analytics, and AI-powered decision-support systems. These solutions are designed to help organizations process large volumes of information while improving operational efficiency and situational awareness.
Growing Order Pipeline and Financial Momentum
The company enters its next phase of growth with a strong business pipeline. Innefu Labs has reported a growing pool of contracts exceeding ₹100 crore across defence, intelligence, law enforcement, and revenue intelligence operations.
Financially, the company recorded significant growth during FY25. Net profit rose to ₹34.2 crore, representing an increase of about 90 percent compared with ₹18 crore in the previous financial year. Revenue from operations also increased substantially, reaching ₹103 crore in FY25, up from ₹62.7 crore in FY24.
The combination of profitability, expanding revenues, and a growing order book highlights the increasing demand for AI-powered security and intelligence solutions in both public and enterprise sectors.
Positioned for the Next Stage of Expansion
The latest funding round is expected to strengthen Innefu Labs’ position in the rapidly evolving market for AI-driven security technologies. Governments and enterprises worldwide are increasingly investing in advanced AI infrastructure, cybersecurity capabilities, and intelligence platforms, creating new opportunities for specialized technology providers.
The investment also places the company on a path toward a potential public market debut in the future. With fresh capital, an expanding international footprint, and continued investment in advanced AI research, Innefu Labs is aiming to strengthen its role in the development of secure, indigenous artificial intelligence systems for high-trust environments.
As demand for sovereign AI and mission-critical security technologies continues to grow, the company is seeking to build on its established presence in national security and intelligence while pursuing new opportunities across global markets.
