In the digital age, one conversation can sometimes do what years of quiet work cannot. For finance data analyst and creator Jayant Mundhra, his recent appearance on Raj Shamani’s podcast appears to have become exactly that moment.

In a deeply emotional note addressed to Raj Shamani, Mundhra said the last 36 hours had been unlike anything he had experienced before. He described crying, laughing, celebrating with family, and feeling humbled by the scale of public response after the podcast went live.

“I never knew that one podcast could make such a difference,” he wrote.

According to Mundhra, appreciation has poured in from people across age groups, regions, and social backgrounds. His WhatsApp, he said, is filled with more than 5,000 messages, while Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube have also seen a sharp surge in attention.

The most visible jump has come on Instagram. Mundhra said he crossed 300,000 followers on the platform yesterday afternoon and had already reached 329,000 by the time he wrote the post.

The response has not remained limited to social media. Mundhra said media professionals have reached out, along with more than 30 podcast requests that he has noticed so far. He admitted he is still unsure how to respond or whether he should accept those appearances.

What makes the moment more personal is the reaction within his family. Mundhra wrote about the happiness he has seen in the eyes of his mother and wife. His mother’s phone, he said, has been ringing continuously with calls from relatives congratulating the family and sharing their reactions. Friends and distant family members have also been sending photos and videos of themselves watching the podcast on large television screens.

For Mundhra, the moment is tied to a much longer journey. He said the podcast represents the outcome of 39 months of work that began when he left his job at Classplus. At that point, he said, he did not know what life would look like years later.

Calling Raj Shamani “a blessing,” Mundhra thanked him for showing conviction in his story and giving him the platform.

The post stands out not only because of the numbers, but because of its honesty. At a time when viral success is often reduced to metrics, Mundhra’s message captures the emotional weight behind sudden recognition. It is a reminder that behind every follower count, subscriber spike, and media request, there is often a person trying to process what just changed.
