Rasha Thadani Becomes The Face of Motorola Laptops

In a fresh and vibrant move, Motorola has roped in actress Rasha Thadani to headline the launch of its first-ever laptop and premium tablet the Moto Book 60 and Moto Pad 60 Pro, set to release on April 17. The campaign, titled “Colour Me Moto,” is a bold play on Pantone-certified shades and Gen Z flair, and Thadani’s presence is at the heart of it.

The Lenovo-owned brand is making its laptop debut with flair. The Moto Book 60 offers a 14-inch 2.8K OLED display, weighs 1.4kg, and includes features like Smart Connect, file transfer, smart clipboard, and a 65Whr battery. The Moto Pad 60 Pro, meanwhile, is expected to carry a 12.7-inch 144Hz panel powered by a MediaTek Dimensity chip with over 10,000mAh battery capacity.

Rasha Thadani – The New Brand Magnet

But more than the specs, it’s the brand storytelling that’s catching attention — and Thadani is steering that narrative.

“I’m super excited to be associated with Motorola for the launch,” said Rasha. “As someone who’s always juggling work and learning about new stuff, I love how these devices combine style, performance, and smart features integrated with AI that make a difference.”

Her collaboration with Motorola marks a full-year brand partnership, where she will feature across campaigns for both the laptop and tablet. In the launch commercial, she is seen dancing through a muted subway, injecting life with bold colors and the slick Moto Book 60 in hand a sharp contrast to the grey tones of conventional laptops. The imagery is more than aesthetic; it signals Motorola’s intent to disrupt a largely uniform category with lifestyle-led technology.

“Rasha’s refreshing presence, modern outlook, and growing influence among the youth make her a perfect fit,” said Shivam Ranjan, Head of Marketing, APAC, Motorola. “Her association reflects our vision of empowering the next generation with smart, stylish, and performance-driven technology.”

The phones, which go on sale from April 17, will be sold through Flipkart, Motorola’s own channels and other large retail stores. As the technology giant ventures into unfamiliar ground, its ambassador of choice is an indication of an emphasis not merely on technology, but on identity bright, bold, and irresistibly Moto.
