The company introduced four smartphones in the Pixel 11 family, the Pixel Watch 5 and its first dedicated item tracker, Pixel Tag. Google also highlighted new camera capabilities, brighter displays, upgraded connectivity and tighter integration with its Gemini-powered ecosystem.

Pixel 11 Brings a New Generation of Google Hardware

The standard Pixel 11 is powered by Google’s Tensor G6 chip and supports 25W Qi2.2 wireless charging. The phone starts with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, with a 512GB storage option also available. Google is not offering higher RAM configurations for the standard model.

One of the most noticeable additions is the HiLight LED ring positioned near the rear camera. The colorful light can provide subtle notifications when the phone is placed face-down. The camera setup includes a 48MP main sensor and a 5x telephoto camera, with Super Zoom reaching up to 30x.

The Pixel 11 will be available in Frost, Obsidian, Hibiscus and Pistachio finishes.

Pro Models Push Displays and Cameras Further

The Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL share the Tensor G6 processor and 25W Qi2.2 wireless charging support. The smaller Pro model features a 6.3-inch Super Actua display, while the Pro XL comes with a 6.8-inch panel capable of reaching up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness.

Both phones start with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Higher configurations go up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The HiLight LED system is also included on these models.

For photography, the Pro models feature a 50MP main camera and a 48MP telephoto camera. Their Pro Zoom system can reach up to 120x. The phones come in Canyon, Fog, Olive and Obsidian colors.

Google says the new Pixel 11 phones are designed around Gemini Intelligence and feature upgraded camera systems and improved durability.

Pixel Tag Marks Google’s Entry Into Item Tracking

The Pixel Tag is Google’s first dedicated Bluetooth tracker, designed to help users locate items such as keys, bags and luggage. It works through Google’s Find Hub network and includes Ultra-Wideband precision finding, Bluetooth Channel Sounding and a built-in speaker.

The tracker uses a replaceable battery rated for more than a year of use and has an IP67 dust- and water-resistance rating. It is compatible with phones running Android 9 or later, while its button can also be pressed to make a paired phone ring.

Google says the Pixel Tag is built from durable stainless steel and features a long-lasting battery and an integrated speaker for locating items.

More Accessories Round Out the New Pixel Lineup

Alongside the main hardware announcements, Google introduced a range of Pixel 11 cases and Pixelsnap accessories. The company also announced Pixel Buds Pro 2 in an Olive color option, adding more accessories to the growing Pixel ecosystem.
