Full-stack AIoT startup Ubiqedge has secured Rs 10 crore in a seed funding round led by Piper Serica. The round also saw participation from Shibam Das, CEO and co-founder of Atomberg, along with investor Sumit Chhazed.
The newly raised capital is set to support the company’s efforts to strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities and scale deployments across multiple industrial sectors. These include water management, air quality monitoring, solar energy, and construction. The startup also plans to expand its network of system integrators and original equipment manufacturer partners to widen its reach in the industrial ecosystem.
Aiming to Build a Unified Industrial Operating System
Founded in March 2024 by Visat Patel, Archit Khandelwal, Akhilesh Thorat, and Hetvi Shah, Ubiqedge is focused on developing an operating system designed specifically for industrial infrastructure.
At the core of its offering is a combination of proprietary hardware and intelligent software. Its hardware platform, KLEON, works alongside its AI-powered software layer, SAMASTH, to deliver real-time monitoring, control, and optimization of infrastructure systems. Together, these components form an integrated stack aimed at improving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Integrated Solutions for Critical Infrastructure
Ubiqedge’s solutions are designed to address key industrial challenges by bringing together monitoring and control under a unified platform. The company’s technology is currently deployed across sectors such as water management, air quality tracking, solar energy systems, and construction operations.
By offering real-time visibility into system performance, the platform helps enterprises streamline operations and align with regulatory requirements. The ability to monitor multiple parameters and control systems remotely is intended to reduce dependency on manual processes and improve overall responsiveness.

Solving Fragmentation and Delays in Industrial Systems
Industrial infrastructure often suffers from fragmented systems, delayed data access, and inefficient manual monitoring. Ubiqedge aims to tackle these issues through its integrated approach, combining hardware and software into a single ecosystem.
Its platform converts real-time data into actionable insights, allowing users to respond quickly to issues and automate routine processes. This reduces delays in decision-making and enhances operational reliability. By enabling automated controls alongside analytics, the system is designed to support continuous optimization of industrial assets.
Early Impact and Measurable Outcomes
The startup reports that it has already digitised more than 23,000 borewells through its platform. In addition, it claims to have reduced issue resolution timelines by over 80%, indicating a significant improvement in operational efficiency for its users.
These early results highlight the potential of AIoT-driven solutions in modernising infrastructure management. Faster response times and improved monitoring capabilities can play a key role in ensuring the sustainability and reliability of critical systems.
Competitive Landscape in a Growing Market
Ubiqedge operates in a competitive space alongside global and regional players such as Samsara, Teltonika, Kristnam, and Datoms. These companies are also working on connected infrastructure and industrial IoT solutions.
As demand for intelligent infrastructure continues to grow, the ability to offer an integrated, scalable platform could become a key differentiator. Ubiqedge’s focus on combining hardware with AI-driven software places it within a segment that is increasingly relevant for industries seeking efficiency and compliance.
With fresh funding in place and early deployments already demonstrating measurable impact, the company is now positioned to expand its footprint across sectors and strengthen its role in the evolving AIoT landscape.
