Mumbai-based logistics technology startup Stackbox has raised $4 million in a funding round led by Enrission India Capital. The new funding will support the startup in enhancing its AI-powered solutions, expanding its product offerings, and growing operations across India and Southeast Asia.

Making Warehouses Smarter

Stackbox, founded by IIT alumni Sabyasachi Bhattacharjee, Shanmukha Boora, Venktesh Kumar, and Nitin Mamodia, focuses on modernizing logistics with artificial intelligence. Its Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) help businesses optimize inventory, manage shipments, and improve delivery efficiency.

By providing real-time operational visibility, Stackbox enables companies in FMCG, manufacturing, and e-commerce to streamline workflows and reduce delays in their supply chains.

Funding to Accelerate Growth

The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ $4 million equity injection will provide Stackbox with the means to upgrade its AI technology, broaden platform features, and launch the company in fresh markets like Southeast Asia. Steady Financial Progress

Stackbox has demonstrated consistent growth. For the fiscal year ending March 2024, the startup reported operating revenue of ₹25.7 crore and a profit of ₹6 crore. Previously, the company had raised around $2 million, including a $1.2 million seed round in 2021, which helped establish its initial product and market presence.
