Revspot has raised US$4.8 million in a Series A funding round to expand its AI-native platform for qualified pipeline generation.
The round was co-led by Inflexor Ventures and Info Edge Ventures. Pentathlon Ventures and Silicon Road Ventures joined as significant institutional investors, while existing investor Titan Capital continued its participation.
Revspot said the fresh capital will be directed towards strengthening its product and engineering operations in India. The company also plans to invest further in buyer intelligence and AI-based lead qualification, enter additional high-ticket B2C categories and develop a customer base in selected overseas markets.

Revspot: Bringing lead generation and qualification together
Founded in 2024 by Darshan Subash, Chirag Wadhera and Varun Garg, Revspot is building a unified system for two closely linked parts of customer acquisition: generating leads and determining which of those leads are worth pursuing.
Its platform combines consumer intelligence, campaign workflows, analytics, lead enrichment, Voice AI, WhatsApp-based engagement, qualification tools and sales handover capabilities.
The company says this approach is designed to help businesses identify suitable buyers earlier, assess purchase intent and readiness, and give sales teams a clearer view of which enquiries are more likely to become genuine opportunities.
Revspot currently works with more than 50 customers across real estate, education, automotive and wealth management. It is also moving into broader banking, financial services and insurance categories, where the company believes the speed and quality of lead qualification can have a direct bearing on revenue.
Funding follows a US$1.4 million seed round
The Series A comes after Revspot raised US$1.4 million in seed funding in late 2024. That round was led by Info Edge Ventures and Titan Capital, with angel investor Kunal Shah also participating.
Darshan Subash, co-founder and chief executive of Revspot, said customer acquisition at many B2C companies remains divided among media teams, agencies, customer relationship management systems, call centres, sales teams and several specialised tools.
According to Subash, this fragmented process can create delays and additional costs between attracting an enquiry and placing a qualified opportunity in front of a sales team. He said Revspot’s aim is to bring lead generation and qualification into a single AI-native system.
Subash added that the company has tested its model in complex Indian B2C markets and will use the new investment to deepen its offering in India, move into new sectors and take the platform to selected international markets.
Investors point to demand for better-qualified sales opportunities
Murali Krishna Gunturu, partner at Inflexor Ventures, described qualified pipeline generation as a significant challenge for businesses selling high-value products and services to consumers.
He said Revspot’s combination of AI-native infrastructure, customer understanding and execution gives the company an opportunity to establish a distinct category within B2C revenue technology.
Rishabh Katiyar, partner at Info Edge Growth, said the firm initially invested in Revspot because its team had identified a large customer-acquisition problem that could be addressed differently using AI.
Katiyar said Revspot has since shown customer demand, rapid product development and a continued focus on business outcomes. Info Edge is now increasing its involvement as the company enters its next stage of growth.
Revspot develops Spot orchestration platform
Alongside its wider product expansion, Revspot is developing Spot, an orchestration platform and agent harness for qualified-pipeline workflows.
Spot is intended to connect campaign planning and Meta-native campaign analysis with lead enrichment, Voice AI qualification and feedback on the quality of leads passed through the sales process.
Customers can engage Revspot through an outcome-led managed service, use its qualification technology on their existing leads or operate qualified-pipeline workflows through the company’s platform.
