Health-tech startup Biopeak has raised $2.7 million in a follow-on funding round led by NKSquared, the investment vehicle of Zerodha cofounder Nikhil Kamath. This marks Kamath’s second investment in the company, following his earlier infusion of $1.43 million in August 2024. The latest round reinforces investor confidence in Biopeak’s approach to preventive healthcare and longevity-focused clinical services.
The funding comes at a time when interest in structured, data-led health optimisation services is growing steadily among urban professionals and families seeking long-term wellness solutions.
Capital to Support Clinics, Diagnostics, and Clinical Research
According to the company, the fresh capital will be used to scale operations across multiple fronts. Key areas of investment include the launch of a new clinic, upgrades to diagnostic capabilities, further development of its proprietary technology tools, expansion of research initiatives, and strengthening of clinical programmes.
Biopeak stated that these investments are aimed at improving service depth and enhancing the accuracy of health insights delivered to clients. The company plans to focus on building infrastructure that supports longitudinal health tracking and more precise intervention strategies.
Founded with a Focus on Healthspan, Not Just Healthcare
Biopeak was co-founded in 2025 by Rishi Pardal and Shiva Subramanian. The startup positions itself in the emerging healthspan optimisation segment, which focuses on extending the number of years individuals live in good health rather than only treating illness.
The company follows what it describes as a “family health office” model. This approach combines advanced diagnostics with expert-led programmes to deliver personalised plans designed to improve long-term health outcomes. Biopeak’s services are structured to address prevention, performance, and resilience across different life stages.

Advanced Diagnostics at the Core of the Model
At the heart of Biopeak’s platform is a broad suite of diagnostic and assessment tools. These include organic acid profiling, microbiome mapping, whole-exome functional genomics, salivary cortisol rhythm analysis, and imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, DXA, and ECHO scans.
These diagnostics are integrated to generate comprehensive health profiles, allowing clinicians to identify early risk markers and design targeted interventions. The company’s in-house clinics translate these insights into actionable recommendations covering nutrition, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle optimisation.
Targeting Professionals and Women with Personalised Care
Biopeak primarily caters to high achievers, senior executives, and women, segments that often seek proactive health management alongside demanding professional and personal commitments. Its programmes blend advanced testing, specialist medical teams, wearable data, and technology-led insights that are tailored to Indian biology and disease patterns.
The model places strong emphasis on early detection of potential health risks, continuous monitoring over time, and timely interventions. By tracking changes across multiple health parameters, the company aims to support sustained performance and long-term wellbeing rather than short-term fixes.
Growing Demand Fuels Expansion Plans
Over the past year, Biopeak reports steady growth in both its client base and clinical offerings, driven by increasing awareness around longevity and preventive care. The startup opened its first clinic in Bengaluru last year, marking an important step in bringing its integrated care model into a physical clinical setting.
Building on this momentum, the company plans to open a second clinic in the coming month. The new facility is expected to expand access to its services and support rising demand from individuals seeking structured and data-driven health programmes.
Positioning for the Next Phase of Growth
With fresh funding in place, Biopeak is preparing for its next phase of expansion while deepening its clinical and research capabilities. The continued backing from NKSquared highlights growing investor interest in health-tech platforms that combine diagnostics, personalised care, and long-term health planning.
As the healthcare landscape shifts toward prevention and personalised medicine, Biopeak is positioning itself as a specialist player focused on helping individuals improve not just how long they live, but how well they live over time.
