Capital Allocation Focused on Scale and Capability Building

The company plans to use the fresh capital to drive platform-led growth, expand its team, and strengthen its artificial intelligence and agentic capabilities. A portion of the funds will also support Nitro Commerce’s efforts to scale its international presence. According to the company, these initiatives are aimed at building a more robust and intelligent growth infrastructure for brands operating across multiple digital and offline channels.
