Nashik, Maharashtra: PALMONAS, the contemporary jewellery brand founded by Pallavi Mohadikar, has opened its 25th store and this one carries special significance for the entrepreneur. Located at Canada Corner in Nashik, her hometown, the launch was an emotional milestone that went beyond business metrics.
For Mohadikar, who has overseen multiple store inaugurations across India, the Nashik launch was different. Walking through familiar streets from her childhood, she was met by long-lost friends, some reconnecting after two decades. Former teachers who had once mentored and encouraged her also came to bless the occasion.
Grandmother Joining Was A Special Moment – Pallavi Mohadikar
The moment was especially poignant when her grandmother, who helped raise her, stood at the store opening with tears of joy.

“This store is more than a store. It’s a piece of my heart,” Mohadikar said, reflecting on how milestones are not only about numbers, revenue, or EBITDA, but also about the people and places that shape one’s journey.
The new PALMONAS outlet is expected to serve as a flagship presence for the brand in Nashik. Mohadikar extended an open invitation to residents and visitors alike, encouraging them to “feel a little bit of the love that built this.”

PALMONAS, known for its affordable luxury jewellery, has expanded rapidly since its inception, catering to a young, style-conscious audience across India. With the Nashik store, the brand marks a quarter-century in its brick-and-mortar footprint and a deeply personal chapter for its founder.
