Co-living brand Housr has announced the return of Saurabh Srivastava as its Chief Business Officer (CBO). Srivastava, who previously served as Chief Growth Officer & CMO, will spearhead the company’s business strategy, marketing, and expansion efforts.
With over two decades of experience in business growth and marketing, including 12+ years in leadership roles, Srivastava has held key positions at Foundit (formerly Monster), Jabong, MobiKwik, ixigo, Goodyear, and Maruti Suzuki. His track record includes leading high-impact initiatives contributing to significant business growth.
On his return, Srivastava said he is eager to deepen user engagement within the Housr ecosystem and drive scalable profitability through data-driven insights, strategic partnerships, and operational efficiencies.
Housr’s Co-Founder and CEO, Deepak Anand, welcomed Srivastava’s appointment, calling him “a key part of the founding team“ and crediting him with playing a crucial role in Housr’s early success. “His expertise in marketing and business strategy will be instrumental in the company’s next growth phase,” Anand added.
The top co-living brand in India, Housr, has experienced rapid growth in recent years and is now a major force in the urban rental housing industry. In the upcoming months, the company will increase its market share and boost growth as a result of its decision to reinstate Srivastava in a leadership position.
