Embassy Services Private Limited (ESPL), a division of Embassy Group specializing in property and facilities management, has promoted Saarang Ganapathi to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Previously serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Ganapathi took the reins at a crucial time for the company as it solidified its position as a key player in the integrated real estate servicing sector.

With over 11 years of experience in real estate management and seven years at ESPL, Ganapathi has been instrumental in transforming the company from a regional player to a national brand. Under his leadership, ESPL expanded its operations to 130 million square feet across 12 states in India. His role as COO saw him overseeing operational efficiency and service ramp-up across multiple verticals, including business parks, airports, data centers, high commissions, retail, co-working spaces, hospitality, education, and residential projects.
