RAVC Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Lucknow-based renewable energy company, has appointed media professional Hemendra Dhar as its Media and Outreach Specialist, bringing more than 18 years of experience in broadcasting, digital media and corporate communication to its brand engagement efforts.

The appointment comes as the company seeks to strengthen public awareness of its solar energy solutions and make technical information more accessible to residential, commercial and industrial consumers.

In his new role, Dhar will oversee media relations, brand communication, stakeholder engagement and outreach campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. His responsibilities will include developing video, audio and digital content to explain solar technology and encourage wider understanding of renewable energy solutions.

Dhar brings extensive experience from Red FM, where he spent more than 16 years in programming and leadership roles. His positions included Cluster Programming Head for Uttar Pradesh and Programming Head in Delhi.

During his tenure at the radio network, he worked on several national programming and public engagement initiatives, including Ek Kahani Aisi Bhi, the voter awareness campaign Vote Da Haq and Rang Dikhayega, a corporate social responsibility campaign that received a Golden Mikes award.

He was also involved in Red FM’s expansion into digital content, including the launch of its YouTube channel and podcasts.

Before joining RAVC Solutions, Dhar served as Director at T-Series Stage Works Academy in Uttar Pradesh, where his work focused on brand visibility across digital video, YouTube and OTT platforms. He is also associated with mass communication institutes as visiting faculty and is an empanelled speaker with UNICEF India.

Speaking about his appointment, Dhar said, “What I do best is connect multi-channel storytelling with digital reach.”

“Joining RAVC offers an exciting opportunity to translate complex solar capabilities into relatable narratives that empower communities to make the clean energy switch,” he added.

Founded in 2019, RAVC Solutions, which stands for Real Asset Value Creation, provides solar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services, rooftop solar installations, Independent Power Producer (IPP) solutions, and operations and maintenance services.

The company says it has established a presence across six states and employs more than 50 professionals. Its services cover solar project design, execution, commissioning and long-term maintenance for residential, commercial and industrial applications.

With Dhar’s appointment, RAVC Solutions intends to place greater emphasis on communicating the practical applications of solar technology alongside its engineering and project delivery activities.

The move reflects the company’s efforts to build stronger connections with customers and other stakeholders through accessible communication about its renewable energy offerings.
