New Delhi, July 9: Honasa Consumer, the parent company of Mamaearth, is looking at a strong opening quarter for FY27, with the company expecting revenue growth of around 30% year-on-year in Q1. The growth is being driven by steady demand across its portfolio and a stronger push in offline channels.

On a reported basis, the company expects revenue growth to come in the mid-twenties. The gap is linked to a change in revenue recognition for quick commerce, following adjustments in settlement practices with sellers.

Mamaearth, Honasa’s flagship brand, is expected to grow in the high teens during the quarter. The company’s other brands, including The Derma Co., Aqualogica, BBlunt, Dr. Sheth’s, Staze, Lumineve and others, are projected to continue their stronger run, with growth expected in the early forties.

Offline remained the key driver for the business in the quarter. Honasa pointed to better general trade distribution, sharper in-store execution across modern trade, and a wider direct reach as factors supporting the momentum. The online business is also expected to record healthy growth.

The company also expects to maintain double-digit operating margins in Q1 FY27, helped by operating leverage as the business scales.

Honasa has clarified that the update is provisional and is not its final quarterly result or formal guidance. The detailed financial numbers will be announced after the board approves the company’s financial statements.

At 10:03 AM on Thursday, Honasa shares were trading at Rs 467.25, valuing the company at around Rs 15,250 crore.

The update suggests that Honasa’s growth story is currently being shaped by two broad trends: the continued expansion of its newer beauty and personal care brands, and a deeper offline presence for Mamaearth and the broader portfolio. For a company that built much of its early consumer base online, the offline channel now appears to be playing a larger role in its next phase of scale.
