Bengaluru-based fashion accessories startup Qiroko has raised Rs 1.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by ISV Capital, with participation from angel investors. The company plans to use the capital to expand its product range, strengthen distribution and build its in-house team as it looks to grow across multiple fashion accessory categories.

Founded in 2025 by Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik, Qiroko focuses on everyday fashion accessories designed around affordable pricing and wearable styles. The brand is now looking to move beyond its existing offerings by entering categories such as watches and bags.

Qiroko Plans Expansion Into Watches and Bags

A significant part of the newly raised capital will go towards product development and expanding Qiroko’s portfolio across jewellery, watches and bags. The company also plans to widen its distribution through its direct-to-consumer (D2C) website, online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

Alongside product expansion, Qiroko intends to strengthen its team and develop in-house brand and content capabilities. These investments are expected to support its efforts to build a stronger presence across online shopping channels.

The brand currently sells through its own website and marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. It has also expanded its availability through Blinkit, adding quick commerce to its distribution network.

Qiroko Reports Rs 6 Cr Annualised Revenue Run Rate

Qiroko was bootstrapped before securing its first external funding round. Despite starting operations in 2025, the company claims to have achieved an annualised revenue run rate of Rs 6 crore within its first year of launch.

The startup has also reported strong unit economics, although it has not disclosed further financial details.

The Rs 1.5 crore pre-seed round marks an important step in Qiroko’s growth plans, giving the company additional capital to invest in new categories, distribution and brand-building activities.

Founders Aim to Build a Wider Fashion Accessories Brand

With the latest funding, Qiroko is looking to establish a broader presence in the fashion accessories market rather than limiting itself to a single product category.

Its planned expansion into watches and bags will add new offerings to its existing jewellery portfolio. The company is also focusing on strengthening its own digital channels while increasing its reach through established marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

The funding will support Qiroko’s next phase of expansion as founders Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik work towards building the brand across multiple everyday fashion accessory categories.
