Single-specialty interventional pain management clinic chain Nivaan Care has raised $7 million in a Series A funding round led by Sorin Investments. Existing investors W Health Ventures, Endiya Partners, and Rebright Partners also participated, reinforcing their continued confidence in the company’s growth strategy.

Momentum Builds After Recent Seed Funding

The latest round follows Nivaan Care’s $4.25 million seed funding secured in February 2025. That round was led by Endiya Partners with participation from W Health Ventures and supported the company’s early clinic rollout and operational foundation.

Fresh Capital to Drive Expansion and Clinical Strength

Nivaan Care plans to deploy the new capital to expand its clinic network across multiple Indian cities. The funds will also be used to strengthen clinical and operational infrastructure and further develop minimally invasive pain management procedures as the company scales.

Founders Setting Out to Redefine Pain Management

Founded in 2023 by Nivesh Khandelwal and Vishwas Singh, Nivaan Care was built with the goal of addressing long-standing gaps in chronic pain treatment in India. The founders envisioned a focused, single-specialty platform centered on evidence-led, non-surgical pain care.

A Sharp Focus on Chronic Pain Conditions

Headquartered in New Delhi, Nivaan Care operates clinics dedicated exclusively to managing chronic pain conditions such as back pain, knee pain, and neck pain. By concentrating on a single specialty, the company aims to deliver more structured diagnosis and consistent treatment pathways.

Coordinated Care Through a Multidisciplinary Model

Nivaan Care follows a multidisciplinary approach that brings together pain physicians, physiotherapists, and care coordinators. This integrated model is designed to offer patients an alternative to basic physiotherapy or invasive surgery, with a strong emphasis on non-surgical and minimally invasive interventions.

Steady Growth Across Established Markets

The clinic chain currently serves patients across Delhi-NCR and Mumbai, along with satellite markets including Jaipur and Lucknow. Since its launch, Nivaan Care has completed more than 40,000 consultations and carried out approximately 5,000 minimally invasive procedures.

Expansion Plans Target New Urban Centers

With the Series A funding in place, the company plans to enter additional markets, including Bengaluru. Alongside geographic expansion, Nivaan Care intends to strengthen its operational backbone to support higher patient volumes while maintaining uniform clinical standards.

Tackling Fragmentation in Chronic Pain Treatment

According to the company, chronic pain care in India is often fragmented, with patients moving between medication, physiotherapy, and surgery. Nivaan Care positions its structured, evidence-led approach as a more coordinated and patient-focused alternative.

Preparing for the Next Chapter of Growth

Backed by both new and existing investors, Nivaan Care is now entering its next phase of growth. The company aims to expand access to specialized pain management services while building a scalable clinic network across major urban markets.
