Geospatial technology company NeoGeo has raised $20 million in a Series A funding round led by Neev II Fund and Aavishkaar Capital, the investment arm of Aavishkaar Group. The latest funding will support the company’s expansion plans as demand for geospatial technology continues to grow across infrastructure, governance and other sectors.
Fresh Capital to Drive Technology and Global Expansion
NeoGeo plans to use the new capital to expand its platform and product portfolio, with a focus on research and development and strengthening its technical capabilities. The company also intends to enter international markets, particularly across the Middle East and the Americas.
The funding will further help NeoGeo strengthen its team as it works on its existing pipeline of projects. The company is looking to build its capabilities across different stages of the geospatial technology value chain while expanding the reach of its solutions.
Building a Full-Stack Geospatial Technology Business
Founded in 2019 by Sreeramam GV, NeoGeo operates as a full-stack geospatial technology system integrator. The Gurugram-based company provides GIS-referenced platforms and solutions for areas including urban governance, infrastructure and utilities, and natural resource management.
NeoGeo’s work covers several stages, beginning with the collection of spatial data and extending to processing, analytics and software applications. Its data acquisition capabilities include satellite imagery, LiDAR, drones and ground surveys.
The company also uses artificial intelligence and machine learning-based analytics to help governments and enterprises turn spatial information into actionable intelligence for decision-making.

More Than 200 Projects Across Large Geographies
NeoGeo said it has executed more than 200 projects and mapped over 5 lakh square kilometres. The company also manages more than 550 Continuously Operating Reference Stations, or CORS stations, which support high-accuracy positioning and surveying applications.
Its technology portfolio includes four proprietary platforms: OptiFleet, GeoBalance, UrbanVista and InfraSync. OptiFleet focuses on fleet management and analytics, while GeoBalance is designed for site suitability and natural resource management. UrbanVista provides mapping and public services capabilities, while InfraSync focuses on infrastructure asset management.
The company’s platforms are designed for applications ranging from infrastructure monitoring and public services to resource management and operational efficiency.
Geospatial Tools Gain Importance Across Critical Sectors
NeoGeo said its solutions are being used for spatial planning and resource efficiency. The company also works on applications related to climate mitigation and resilience, including hazard and vulnerability mapping.
The broader importance of geospatial technology in India has increased as government agencies and businesses adopt location-based data for infrastructure planning, land management, disaster response and other applications. The government has also identified geospatial technology as an important part of national development and has continued efforts to strengthen India’s geospatial infrastructure.
Funding Activity Highlights Growing Geospatial Interest
NeoGeo’s latest round comes amid funding activity across India’s wider geospatial and space technology ecosystem. Gurugram-based Heliware raised ₹4.5 crore in a bridge funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures in February 2026. The company said the capital would support international expansion, hiring and operational requirements.
In June 2026, SatSure received a ₹24.6 crore grant from IN-SPACe under the Technology Adoption Fund to develop Dhaarini, a sovereign Earth intelligence backbone based on large Earth observation models and India-specific artificial intelligence capabilities.
Hyderabad-based TakeMe2Space also raised $5 million in January 2026 in a seed funding round led by Chiratae Ventures. The company said the funds would be used to expand its satellite constellation, scale real-time in-orbit AI processing and advance research into high-power computing satellites.
With its new Series A capital, NeoGeo is now positioned to invest further in its technology stack, expand into international markets and build capabilities for a growing range of geospatial applications.
