AI startup CurvetAI has raised Rs 6 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Merak Ventures, securing fresh capital less than a year after its launch as it works to expand the engineering backbone of its multi-model artificial intelligence platform. Angel investors also participated in the round.
The startup plans to deploy the funding towards engineering and technology infrastructure, while developing AI-based capabilities designed to support more complex workflows. The investment places CurvetAI among a growing group of young software companies trying to simplify access to multiple AI models through a single interface rather than requiring users to move between separate tools.
Founded in December 2025 by Vivek Dubey and Utkarsh Gupta, CurvetAI operates an AI workspace that brings different AI models onto one platform. Its product allows users to work across text, image, audio and video, compare outputs and combine multiple capabilities within the same workflow.
CurvetAI began as a discovery platform for AI tools and prompts before changing direction. The founders shifted towards an integrated workspace after observing that users still needed to leave the platform to access the tools they discovered.
The company says the platform now has more than 100,000 monthly users globally, with India and the United States among its leading markets. It has also begun generating revenue and is being used by individuals, teams and institutions.
The founders bring experience from major technology companies. The available information states that Dubey previously worked at Infosys, Microsoft and Google, while Gupta has worked at Samsung and is involved in CurvetAI’s engineering and technical infrastructure.
The funding comes as AI software companies increasingly compete on orchestration rather than access to a single underlying model. CurvetAI’s challenge will be to turn the convenience of a unified workspace into sustained usage and revenue while continuing to differentiate itself as major AI platforms add broader multimodal and workflow capabilities of their own.
