Gautam Adani, the head of Adani Group, has announced a major skill development and employment initiative in collaboration with ITE Education Services (ITEES) from Singapore. This plan will bring the largest finishing school in the world to Mundra. It aims to fix the skill gap and get Indian students ready for jobs.
ITEES: A global leader in technical training
ITE Education Services (ITEES) is Singapore’s leading tech and work skill education provider. With over 50 years in the field, ITEES has worked with many countries to make their tech education better. This makes them a great partner for this initiative.

Adani global skills academy: A step towards job success
As part of this plan, the Adani Group is working with ITEES to set up the Adani Global Skills Academy. They will spend over Rs 2,000 crores to build a skilled workforce in India. The academy will train students in areas like green energy, manufacturing, hi-tech, project excellence, and industrial design. This will help students gain the right job skills before they enter the workforce.
The finishing school will give hands-on training, preparing students with real-world experiences that meet global job needs. The lessons will use AI learning and let students work with new tech, helping them build the key skills for today’s jobs.
Industry-ready talent for a stronger economy
The Adani Global Skills Academy will guide students, offering training focused on their job goals and skills. After finishing, certified students can find work with the Adani Group or in top companies.
