Winn AI, an Israeli startup building an AI-driven platform that listens to sales calls and guides reps in real time, has raised $18 million in a Series A round led by Insight Partners, Mangusta Capital, and S Capital, with participation from Moneta, HighSage, Alumni Ventures, Sarona Ventures, and OurCrowd.
What Winn AI says it’s building?
Sales teams have had no shortage of AI tools in the past few years, but most of them work after the fact: record the call, analyze it later, and deliver feedback once the moment has passed. Winn.AI is pitching a different approach. Its platform listens during the conversation, flags objections and technical questions, and then surfaces relevant answers from the company’s knowledge base while the rep is still on the call.
In other words, it’s trying to make AI less of a post-mortem tool and more of a live co-pilot.
“Science” for the AI, “art” for the human
CEO and co-founder Eldad Postan-Koren framed it as a division of labor: let the system handle the structured parts of a sale, and free the rep to focus on trust and connection.
“Every sales leader knows exactly what a winning call sounds like, but they can’t be in the room to guide it every time,” Postan-Koren said. “We let AI handle the ‘science’ of the sale so the rep is free to master the ‘art’ of the connection.”
The execution gap Winn AI is targeting
Winn.AI’s core bet is on a familiar pain point in sales organizations: the gap between the playbook discussed internally and what actually happens in live customer conversations. The company says its platform turns the organizational sales methodology into a “live” tool, defining stages of the conversation, what information should be captured, and how to respond to objections.
The platform includes CRM synchronization and aims for strict adherence to the sales process, which the company says can improve operational efficiency and help drive more consistent outcomes.
Who’s behind the company?
Winn.AI was founded in 2022 by Eldad Posten-Koren (CEO) and Bar Halveh (CTO). It employs around 40 people across offices in Israel and the United States.
The newly raised funding will be used to accelerate U.S. market penetration and expand the development center in Israel, with recruitment plans focused on additional developers and other key roles.
Winn.AI currently serves a number of technology companies, including Deel, Cyera, Intercom, Kaseya, WalkMe, and Snyk.
What makes this funding announcement notable isn’t just the size of the round, it’s the product stance: Winn.AI is firmly in the camp that believes the next wave of sales tech isn’t about better summaries after the call, but better decisions during the call.
If the company can consistently deliver accurate, context-aware guidance fast enough to be useful, without distracting reps or derailing conversations, it positions itself at the center of a high-stakes shift: moving AI from “analysis” to “execution” inside revenue teams. That’s the promise. The real test, as always, will be whether reps actually keep it on when real conversations get messy.
