Cross-border supply chain enablement company Hexalog has raised $4 million in a seed funding round led by ENRISSION INDIA CAPITAL. The round also saw participation from Mount Judi Ventures, Action Tesa Family Office, Rohan Bajaj’s Syndicate, Nandan Growth Fund, and a group of angel investors including Saurabh Deep Singla, Sumit Jalan, Amit Tyagi, and Nitin Sethi. The funding marks a key milestone for the young company as it looks to expand its technology-driven approach to global logistics.
Capital Allocation Focused on Core Technology
Hexalog stated in a press release that the newly raised capital will be directed towards strengthening its technology capabilities. The primary focus will be on building a scalable, reliable, and data-driven orchestration layer designed specifically for cross-border logistics. This investment is aimed at enhancing the platform’s ability to manage complex international supply chains with greater predictability and coordination.
Founders with a Clear Vision for Global Trade
Founded in February 2024, Hexalog was co-founded by Dibyanshu Tripathi, Utkarsh Tripathi, Vineet Malik, and Shobhit Singh. Headquartered in Gurugram, the company positions itself as an AI-led 4PL full stack orchestrator that addresses the operational challenges of cross-border trade. From its inception, Hexalog has focused on simplifying fragmented logistics processes that often slow down international commerce.
Turning Fragmented Logistics into Coordinated Execution
At the heart of Hexalog’s offering is its AI-driven orchestration layer, which is designed to transform cross-border logistics from a reactive and disjointed process into a structured and predictable execution workflow. The platform coordinates multiple stakeholders and activities involved in international trade, enabling smoother movement of goods across borders.
According to the company, its system manages the entire cross-border logistics lifecycle. This includes order confirmation, documentation readiness, customs clearance, line haul, and final delivery. By ensuring continuity across every stage, Hexalog aims to reduce delays, improve visibility, and enable better coordination for businesses involved in global trade.

End-to-End Digitisation of Cross-Border Supply Chains
Hexalog’s broader mission is to digitise and orchestrate the end-to-end cross-border supply chain. The company combines technology, data intelligence, and deep domain expertise to deliver integrated logistics solutions that are transparent and reliable. Its platform is built to support supply chain participants operating across different countries, regulatory environments, and transportation networks.
By leveraging artificial intelligence across the logistics lifecycle, Hexalog works to improve execution quality while offering real-time insights into shipment status and potential bottlenecks. This approach is intended to help businesses manage international operations with greater confidence and control.
Expansion Plans Target Key Trade Corridors
With fresh capital in hand, Hexalog plans to accelerate its go-to-market efforts across major international trade corridors. The company has identified the Middle East and Southeast Asia as priority regions for expansion. This move is driven by rising demand for predictable and transparent logistics solutions in these fast-growing trade markets.
The expansion strategy aligns with the company’s goal of supporting businesses that are increasingly looking beyond domestic borders for growth. By strengthening its presence in these regions, Hexalog aims to deepen its role in facilitating smoother cross-border trade flows.
Operating at Scale in a Competitive Landscape
Hexalog operates across more than 80 countries and covers over 29,000 Indian pincodes, reflecting the scale of its logistics network. In the global market for supply chain orchestration, the company competes with established players such as Flexport, e2open, and others offering technology-led logistics solutions.
Despite operating in a competitive environment, Hexalog continues to differentiate itself through its full stack orchestration model and focus on end-to-end coordination. The latest funding round is expected to further strengthen its position as it builds out its technology platform and expands into new international markets.
Building the Infrastructure for Predictable Global Logistics
As global trade grows more complex, the need for coordinated and transparent logistics solutions continues to rise. Hexalog’s focus on technology-led orchestration places it at the intersection of supply chain innovation and international commerce. With the backing of institutional and angel investors, the company is now positioned to deepen its capabilities and scale its operations across critical global trade routes.
