Are you a lawyer looking to make your life easier?
Meet CaseDocker — the smarter way to manage your legal work. CaseDocker is an AI-powered smart legal workdesk developed by Coingeit Technologies Private Limited. It is designed to streamline and simplify legal operations for law firms, corporate legal teams, and individual practitioners by offering a single platform with a comprehensive suite of features.
Founder and Background
CaseDocker was founded by Yash Singhal, who graduated from Georgia Tech’s computer science program.
“[Most companies] use two to three messaging platforms to communicate with their team. They use various platforms to store their data, including Google Drive and Outlook, and then they just message documents to each other,” he told in an interview. “And then a lot of the players in the market – especially those in the financial and manufacturing sector – have a lot of their legal paperwork and their contracts in physical paper form. They have been struggling to digitize everything.”
Singhal aimed to build a unified, AI-powered legal workdesk that would allow lawyers and law firms to manage clients, cases, calendars, billing, and other tasks from one central, accessible platform. His goal was to help legal professionals save time and focus more on billable work by reducing the need to jump between different platforms and by integrating communication, document management, and contract lifecycle tracking into a single system.
He started CaseDocker in 2020 in India and has since grown it to serve hundreds of corporations, law firms, and individual lawyers, with plans to expand into the U.S. market via Atlanta.
