Home and kitchen brand Home Essentials raised ₹70 crore in a Pre-Series B funding round to support its next phase of growth. The round was led by 360 ONE Asset, with participation from existing investor India Quotient.
The fresh funding will help the company expand its offline presence and grow its range of home and kitchen products across India.
A Young Brand with Big Plans
Founded in 2024 by brothers Tanishq Jain and Divyam Jain in Gwalior, Home Essentials was started with a simple goal. The founders wanted to offer practical, well-designed products for everyday use at reasonable prices.
The company operates as a direct-to-consumer brand and has quickly built a wide catalogue of more than 1,000 products. These include cookware, kitchen storage items, home organisers, compact furniture, and décor accessories. The focus is on products that are useful, modern in design, and affordable for Indian households.
Since its launch, the brand has served over one million customers, showing steady growth in a short period of time.

Moving Beyond Online Sales
Until now, Home Essentials has largely grown through online channels. With this new funding, the company plans to increase its presence in physical retail.
It aims to open around 20 stores across India within the current year. These stores will be set up in Tier I and Tier II cities. The idea is to give customers the chance to see and experience products in person before buying. For many shoppers, especially in the home and kitchen category, touching and checking products before purchase plays an important role in decision-making.
By building an offline presence, the company hopes to create a stronger brand connection and reach a wider audience.
Improving Operations and Expanding Choices
A part of the ₹70 crore will be used to strengthen Home Essentials’ supply chain as well. This includes improving logistics, inventory management, and backend operations. Better systems will help ensure smoother deliveries and efficient handling of growing demand.
At the same time, Home Essentials plans to expand its product portfolio. The company intends to introduce more products across home and kitchen categories so that customers can find a larger variety of options under one brand. A wider selection can also encourage repeat purchases and long-term loyalty.
Clear Revenue and Growth Targets
Home Essentials has set clear goals for the next few years. The company aims to reach ₹500 crore in revenue within three years and serve more than five million households across India.
These targets show the company’s confidence in the rising demand for quality home products and its strategy of combining online reach with offline stores.
Strong Backing for the Next Phase
The support from 360 ONE Asset and continued backing from India Quotient reflect investor trust in the company’s direction. The Pre-Series B round places Home Essentials in a stronger position as it enters its next stage of expansion.
With fresh capital, growing customer demand, and plans to open physical stores, Home Essentials is now working toward becoming a widely recognised name in India’s home and kitchen market.
