InfiniteWatch, a New York City based startup focused on customer interaction intelligence, has raised $4 million in funding as it works to help enterprises better manage and improve AI-driven customer experiences. The new capital comes at a time when companies across industries are increasingly relying on automation to handle customer conversations, making visibility and quality control more important than ever.

Backed by a Strong Group of Investors

The funding round was led by Base10 Partners, with additional participation from Sequoia and A16Z scouts, Kfund, Kibo, LifeX, and four unicorn founders. The mix of institutional investors and experienced founders highlights growing confidence in tools that help businesses ensure their AI systems perform reliably in real-world customer interactions.

Built by a Team with Proven Experience

InfiniteWatch was founded in October 2025 by the former leadership team of CoverWallet. The company operates from New York and Madrid and is led by President Iñaki Berenguer and Chief Executive Officer Pablo Molina. Drawing on their background in building enterprise technology platforms, the founders launched InfiniteWatch to solve a problem they saw firsthand: companies lacked clear, reliable ways to monitor and validate how AI systems interact with customers at scale.

A Platform Designed for Real-World Interactions

InfiniteWatch‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ provides an AI-native platform that enables large enterprises to have a real understanding of what is going on in their interactions with customers. The firm is delivering its solutions to the clients in the areas of banking, e-commerce, and healthcare, industries where precision, conformity, and delight of the customer are of utmost ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌importance.

At the center of the platform are two core products, Session Replay Agent and Voice Agent. Both tools are designed to work within existing systems, monitoring live interactions while also supporting the deployment of production AI systems. This approach allows companies to identify issues without disrupting their day-to-day operations.

Voice Agent Tests and Monitors at Scale

One‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ of the main features of the company, the Voice Agent, is a move towards voice-based customer interactions. The product employs fabricated characters to mimic human interactions and thus, test the voice AI systems in different scenarios, enabling businesses to find their boundary cases and quality gaps without customer-facing these. The staged execution of this trial is their ultimate objective to follow the real usage scenarios so the workers can recognize the deficits at the earliest ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌point.

In addition to testing, the Voice Agent can run in a monitoring mode. In this setup, it continuously analyzes calls to provide insights into system performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This allows companies to maintain ongoing oversight of their voice systems after deployment, rather than relying on periodic reviews.

Expanding Beyond Voice and Sessions

InfiniteWatch‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ intends to broaden its platform layer-by-layer in 2026 with the new tools that will be comprising Messaging Agent, Email Agent, and AI co-browsing capabilities. The main idea behind these features is that they will be able to communicate with each other, thus sharing intelligence throughout the whole platform, which will allow companies to have a comprehensive understanding of customer interactions across ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌channels.

As customer journeys increasingly span multiple touchpoints, from voice calls to messages and emails, the company aims to help businesses maintain consistency and quality across all forms of communication.

Preparing for a Future Shaped by AI Agents

The company is also preparing for a shift in how users interact with websites and digital services. As AI browsing agents from companies like OpenAI and Anthropic become more common, businesses will need to understand how these agents navigate and engage with their platforms.

InfiniteWatch’s models are built to identify patterns, predict issues before they affect users, and recommend real-time improvements. This applies whether the interaction involves a human customer or an AI agent acting on a user’s behalf. By treating both as part of the same ecosystem, the platform aims to help companies adapt to a changing digital landscape.

The Company’s Focus After the Raise

With its latest funding, InfiniteWatch plans to continue building and expanding its platform while supporting enterprises that are increasingly dependent on AI for customer engagement. The company’s focus remains on giving businesses clearer visibility into how their systems perform, helping them catch problems early and deliver better, more reliable customer experiences as automation becomes a standard part of everyday interactions.
